Was first time I booked from justfly. I found it user friendly and the pricing was great! The low prices made it possible for a family of six, fly together instead of drive to Florida. Thank you.
Please don't book with Justfly. They are very unprofessional, they don't answer phone calls, IF LUCKY, they answered, you will be put on for more than two hours. This is a warning to the public.
Tried to book a flight to UK. They told me it was all set and would email me confirmation, but i never got it. So i called back double check if email was correct the man child who spoke with me said it was wrong and would transfer me to customer service which was off since he was CS they had me on hold with a dead tone. Called back they kept hanging up on me. So, getting nerves called my Card card company to cancel any transactions since their behavior is suspicious. Was told they attempted to try under the wrong name.
So I tried again to get a hold off someone wondering why no contact was made and i am left in the dark about my flight, spoke with a upset woman i had to explain what they did wrong and she just ssid we cancelled your flight. I asked for them to rectify their mistake and you know apologize and fix the problem like a normal company would (that's expecting to much from this kids) she told me in her i hate my life voice to go to another flight service. I guess this poor kids must get paid peanuts to push business away. They really suck i don't trust that company. Go to Flight center if you want to be treated with some dignity and peace of mind.
Justfly is the biggest scam out there. I booked flights to Australia and they canceled the flights the next day and then took our money. They said the funds were pending and it would get refunded in 2 days. Now the payment has gone through our bank and it is 10 days later and we still have not received our funds back

Horrible service, they charged me for a different timing of the same flight and layover was completely different.
When I called them immediately to cancel, they charged me a cancellation fee of 75$, which is totally uncalled for.
Also, the money has not been refunded yet. They are saying it will take upto 10 business days for the credit back to my account.
Totally unprofessional. Its scary sometimes I have to deal with lot of these unprofessional onlne travel agent company.
Found my flight in minutes. It was lower then any other flight I could find! Check out was easy and secure. I created an account so next time it will be even faster.
I am please that I was able to get such a low cost fare out from Dallas, Texas to Seattle, WA it was very pleasing in getting a flight straight through without any stops other than a layover for an hour or so.

Was able to complete while at a grand child's goat show. Cost was reasonable and within our budget. I'll have more to say after our trip assuming everything goes OK.
When I got my ticket I never saw in my grand total that there would be a $14.99 booking fee from the justfly website. I only noticed it on my credit card statement.
I wish united was not such a jerk I hate the baggage fees. Otherwise i love how Just fly is available 24 hours and the prices are better or the same as Expedia.
At first it was difficult to get through because of the high volume of calls but I called at a later time got through quickly. Representative was very helpful and polite.

I just think with all thats going on in the world, prices & flights should be at a constant and not be sometimes less costly then all of a sudden hundreds of $'s.
Stay away from this agency. I bought two tickets to overseas and a member of my church bought a domestic ticket, and all three of these purchases the information turned out to be different than what we entered into its website after the tickets have been issued. It seems like Justfly.com intentionally created a website that would change customers' information so that customers would call to ask for making the correction. Whenever Justfy.com makes the change, it will charge $75. I was charged twice like that. Their agents on the phone speak broken English and hard to understand. It sounds like that live in India or China. They are not knowledgeable about the system. When they did not know how to help, they promised to call back but you will never get a call from them. It is a false promise. I have used Priceline, Expedia, Orbitz and Hotwire many times but I did not have any bad experience as I have with Justfly.com. I used Justfy.com twice and my church member used once and all three of them have the same problems. What a horrible agency!
UNREAL... You will almost always get the same deal at Priceline with a much, much better and safer, user experience.
Yes, you will find the occasional great deal but the downside is they are inflexible and one small error will cost you a minimum of $75.
1. When you go through all the hoops to buy a ticket, the price could jump up on you. You may not realize this and click anyway. You have now inadvertently overpaid and they will charge you a $75 cancellation fee.
They have plenty of traps to get you to cough that up, too.
2. When you book they don't actually take the order, instead they send another confirmation screen. If you are not watching out, you may think you ordered when you didn't and then... the price may jump on you.
3. If you make any mistake on your booking - a middle initial, a birthdate, whatever - it will cost you $75 to fix or TSA may throw you off the flight.
I once booked over the phone and THEY misspelled my name - it cost ME. There's a slew of hidden quirks and charges awaiting you. Avoid or... proceed with extreme caution.
Prices are fair but they do add add up when taxes seat selections and extras are applied. From search to final payments.', added about $200.00bto advertised cost.
