Booked a family trip at 7am and at 6pm same day, same flight and dates dropped 150$ each. Won't partially refund and to cancel is 75 $ per person plus taxes even if you had bought insurance. SCAM

NEVER AGAIN

First time and last time I will ever book with JustFly. The refund policy, is Just-Fly-Wrong! DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE they try to push on you. It is a scam. I wanted to refund my flight within 24 hours, and yes, I will get a full flight refund, but they still charge $75/per person cancellation fee.

Just Fly is Just Wrong and I will NEVER EVER book from them EVER again. DO NOT TRUST JUST FLY!

I will only use the many other travel sites I have been very very happy with in the past: Travelocity, Booking, Priceline, Cheapflights!

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. We have successfully located your reservation and we do see you purchased CSA insurance through us. We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.

SIMPLY HORRIBLE

I'm trying to get out south Florida, due to Hurricane Irma, and I booked a flight with Justfly, so not only they took my money, without tell me that all the airports around South Florida canceled their flights, but now I had to pay a $ 75 fees in order to get my refund, I thought it was a joke, but unfortunately was not.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SIMPLY HORRIBLE

Please note that as a travel agency, we must follow the airlines travel advisory when it comes to all changes and cancellations. If your booking falls in the airlines parameters, then we will gladly do the changes no fees! However, in your case, your reservation was booked and cancelled on September 6th. Please see below the travel advisory for American Airlines.

The change fee may be waived if you:

Are traveling on an American Airlines flight
Bought your ticket by September 5,2017
Are scheduled to travel September 5 - 17,2017
Can travel September 5 - 30,2017
Change your origin or destination city within 600 miles
Rebook in the same cabin or pay the difference

Since you made the booking after September 5th, we had to fall into regular Terms and Conditions. We understand the frustration that surrounds this so we have gone ahead and refunded the $25 per passenger cancellation fee. We are so sorry this happened to you but the agents are just following procedures as they do not have any authority to waive these fees!

I purchase online 5 tickets for my family and i got the confirmation mail. But I was so surprised in airport in the system was only 4. Tray to contact Justfly for 4 hours no body pick up to answer. I lost my fly. Starting to call them at 6; 20pm they unswer at 10; 30pm. They say no problem will give you other ticket for tomorrow hold my fo 15 min on hold then say we need to transfer you call to somebody else. 12am just disconnect me. NEVER NOBODY BY TICKETS FROM JUSTFLY, bat service.

Bought the cancellation protection, and had a death in the family... THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY and they refuse to work with you or refund the ticket price... They were rude, uncaring and couldn't even speak ENGLISH! UNBELIEVABLE they wording used suits there purposes... DO NOT BOOK UNDER THEM EVER...

By purchasing this, you have the option of cancelling your reservation within 24 hours of making it without and extra fees and would receive a full refund. Since you called outside of the 24 hours, the Extended Cancellation Policy would no longer be applicable to your reservation.

Unexceptable service.

Can not believe things like this are practiced on people in USA. It took few hours to order ticket by phone (spelling checking confirming everything), then it took 5 days to get ticket email conformation after few phone demands (was told to wait up to 24 hours each time). Finally on the 5-th day after another phone call got 2 emails in seconds. Upon checking flight #, back flight had wrong flight time and flight number. Tried to find answers why I had to wait 5 days to get email confirmation or why was provided wrong back flight was asked to email this questions to *******@justfly.com. Looks like now have to pay extra fee to get originally ordered flight or just use given flight. Plus, looks like going to be charged extra $11 for seat selection, was not told about this kind of hidden fee, not big amount, just principle. Ordered tickets through justfly company before for low ticket price through email had instant email ticket conformation no hidden fees, but ordering ticket through the phone is described above. Did I ordered wrong flight or is this a "smart" company approach to sell "low demanded" tickets or charge extra for a flight change in case client can not except provided flight?

Do not purchase tickets from Justfly.com! The ticket prices are considerably lower than other websites, but you end up paying double the original ticket price because of the mistakes they make while reserving over the phone or due to the website glitch. They booked me on the wrong flight through their websites. After I finished the reservation their website hung for few seconds and when the reservation itinerary finally came to my email, it was a wrong flight information. When I received the confirmation I called back within 30 seconds. They told me I couldn't change the flight without paying a $280 for ticket change and the service charge for the change even though it was their fault! I asked to speak with a manager and they said the manager would have told me the same. I asked if i can cancel it then, the response was no you still end up paying cancellation fee as it is their policy, which is absolutely a non-sense policy because" According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, you can cancel a non-refundable ticket and receive a full refund of any airfare booked in the United States, without cancellation fees or penalties, as long as you booked your ticket seven days ahead of your flight and you do so within 24 hours of booking". When I told them this, they only said "we are sorry, nothing we can do". I talked to my credit card company and they advised me to dispute. But even after disputing, the charge came back to my account and I just let it go at that point. Big regret and terrible experience with them.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services We were able to look this over and we can confirm with you that there was no system error and the flights confirmed are in fact the flights that were requested. We see that you then did call back about 30 minutes after the booking was made however, a change was already made by you online, using our self serve portal. Once a change is already done, the original ticket can no longer be voided which is why the agent refused cancellation.

As much as the information you have provided is correct, the rule is only applicable if booked directly with the airline. Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours. Today I was booking a flight for a friend who needed to get to Nairobi to attend a funeral. Both parents were involved in a terrible accident and his mother passed away father critical. Time was of the essence. This company confirmed flights put a hold on monies from my account gave a booking reference number and then sent an email to say that booking was cancelled!

YOU PREY ON PEOPLE AND OPERATE A TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC. I WONDER HOW YOU WOULD FEEL IF YOU WERE BOOKING A FLIGHT WITH A COMPANY LIKE YOURS TO ATTEND THE FUNERAL OF YOUR PARENTS AND BE TREATED LIKE THIS? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES I AM GOING TO REPORT YOU TO GOVERNING BODY OF TRAVEL INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN!

I booked a flight for my sister & her husband for a surprise 40th anniversary trip... 24 hrs later changes needed to be made. When talking with customer support I got 3 different responses on what needed to be done and the fees etc. In the end, a manager told me that I should just buy a new ticket (and lose the last ticket and what I paid for it!) because it was cheaper than all the fees they would charge. If I went to the airlines directly or any other sites that would not have been the case. The communication is horrible and you get various responses for the same issue every tIme they transfer you and you start over again. Management is even worse. WHAT A MISTAKE! FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THIS SITE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, when you wish to change a ticket, there are fees and fare differences and at times it could be that the cost to exchange the ticket comes out more than the original ticket or just purchasing a new one which is why agent may offer this option. U STINK!

Purchased first class tickets stuck in coach in the very last row of my flight. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and if you call get ready to be stuck in an endless cycle of teleprompters i with absolutely no response or help! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR AND book direct. I am not happy!

I decided at the very last minute that I was going to book a trip from San Francisco to New York. I cross-checked all the major travel sites: Kayak, Orbitz, Hopper, CheapOAir etc and JustFly had the best price for the itinerary that worked with my schedule. The only reason I am taking off one star is that the first time I clicked to buy the ticket I got a message that said my request couldn't be processed and to try again. I went through the whole check-out process a second time and when I clicked to buy the ticket a warning popped up that said I already had a reservation for that flight. I'm glad that the warning popped up and I didn't accidentally buy 2 tickets but it was somewhat disconcerting that the site said the reservation didn't go through and then later said that it did.

Terrible

I made a reservation for myself, sister in law. They took my payment then cancelled our reservation. They told us it would take 10 days to fall back into our account. By now i dont have enough money in the account to buy all three tickets at once so we went on to reserve our tickets seperately. I reserved mine they took my payment and proceeded to cancel the reservation. They did the dame to my sister in law. Come to find out they had charged the first reservation TWICE! Now we no longer have money in the account to reserve our flight because it will take about 2 weeks to get it back. Our trip is ruined because by the time it falls back it will be 2 days before the trip and the tickets will cost double. On top of that the person i was speaking to in customer service kept telling me she didn't know what was going on and why it was hap panning but that the money never got to them i made a conference call between her and the bank and the bank confirmed the money had left my account and fallen into theirs. She proceeded to hang up on me after i waited 47 minutes on hold to speak to someone. I am furious. Do not use this company. Unreliable and unprofessional. I would have to write 4 reviews one for each reservation number they screwed up so they could address it all. RIDICULOUS!

Book a Cheap flight- only for it to get changed from 1 layover to 4 and now I cant reach anyone to discuss
I have made several "call back appointments" - and no call received. Now Im on "hold"> 1 hour
