Looking for flights can be very tiresome especially when trying to find the best price. I felt like justfly gave the process so much simplity with the best price imaginable. Will use again and recommend to all.
I had to cancel my trip due to Covid19 pandemic in Europe. Air Canada, the airline issuing the ticket, approved my refund even if originally it was a non-refundable ticket due to the extreme circumstances. Justfly has refused to acknowledge the remark on my ticket from AirCanada that would make it refundable and has been deaf to my repeated requests. The customer service is terrible with operators with very low English proficiency (I am also a non-native English speaker) and a standard script in front that they keep repeating without giving any chance to proceed with a refund process. I will report this agency to the BBB and possibly start legal action.

I bought an airline ticket thru justfly and due to Corona virus cancelled my ticket. The airline charged me a penalty for cancellation which I understand. On top off that justfly also charged $200 for cancellation and I was not informed of this charge before or when I cancelled the ticket. It just showed up on my credit card. They refuse to refund that fee and say that is the company policy.
Don't use justfly for your travel bookings. They are not very transparent and are out to get your money.
Purchased tickets at $176 when I checked my Card I was charged 246. I have no reproach as they are web based. Last time I use them and I will actively campaign to my friends family and anyone who listens to stay away!

First, there are no human beings who would answer your calls. No emails. No live chat. Secondly, with COVID-19, all major airlines have announced refunds with no questions asked and/or re-booking for free at later dates for free. Yet Justfly's website says they will just give you credit to rebook however only for less than a year from the purchased date. I did check with the airlines (United who is the carrier for my flights) directly, and they said they will not charge for re-booking and allowing for 2 years from the date of purchase to change schedule. Justfly on the website states that "airlines will charge you $240 for rebooking as a penalty" and offers only less than a year, till early next year, in my case. COVID-19 has not be contained, and many say they will return in the fall. How good is this if i can re-book, paying fees that airlines are not charging, to dates that are still likely deeply impacted by this virus.

Just take my word on itTHEY LIE TO YOU and DONT WANT TO REFUND ANYONE DURING COVID-19 so if they act this way during a pandemic, just think how much worse and greedier they can be during normal times! I called Spirit Airlines to confirm I do atleast get a refund on my ticket with them when Justfly told me I don't! I've been dealing with these Manipulative, greedy, liars Almost 8 weeks! I emailed them because it's been 7 weeks I've been waiting on the refund they said I would get. Then today they all the sudden say I get no refund?! Well that's not what Spirit airlines or the department of transportation says!

We just spoke to one of your reps name Shane agent ID 3524 worst experience ever. She kept on muting the call with no hold music and it sounded like she was outside and not in a building nor a room there was wind coming through the phone. It sounded like she was late to work and was taking the call on the go. Worst of all it took her over 30 minutes to submit a refund request on a cancel flight. I asked her over 10 times for a manager and she kept on refusing please help. If I don't hear back I will just despite this charge with my credit card company much easier
Since I started using Justfly a couple years ago I have had nothing but positive trips and experiences. I have told several individuals and they swear by justfly now and I will continue to use... nothing but Satisfaction.

I purchased my ticket almost at the same time that Cov-19 was hitting SouthAmerica, I purchased it with the insurance that if I cancel 48 Hours before my trip money back guarantee. Country I was going close its borders because Cov-19. I purchased my ticket for Sunday Night flight and I cancel My ticket Monday the same week NOT the week after. They send me a confirmation that my refund was approved but can take up to 1 month to show on my bank statement OK is understandable because the Cov-19 but they have not give my money back being already 3 months and keep adding this is a scammed, they never pick up the phone, the machine will never give you to A representative and now on their webpage they have a section for approve refund it said, I am not entitle to a refund now. The police need to act, I cant believe I cant find any info on where to report this. DonT lose your money.

I booked a flight with Iberia through Justfly. Iberia sent me an email notifying me that my flight has been cancelled. Justfly did not email nor called me. I have been trying to communicate via telephone and their online messaging system for a refund to no avail. I call them and the phone call midway drops. I call and it says it's an Ethiopian number.

Absolutely sick. I live in Pennsylvania and we had a stay at home order until May 8. My flight was scheduled for May 7th so I could not leave. I attempted to call Justfly DOZENS OF TIMES. Their automatic system would hang up on my every time. All I wanted was credit so that I could book a flight at a later date, instead I had to cancel the flight and they only are crediting me about $200.00 (not to mention the $35 charge PER TICKET) for about $600 worth of flights! Do not use this site. An absolute abomination of a service company. I will not EVER use again.
Please DO NOT book with this site. There is a government issues travel ban during this awful pandemic which cause my husband and I to not be able to fly. We called within the 72 hour window they requested to cancel. We cannot cancel according to them but offered a credit which is fine, but then wanted to CHARGE $35 PER PERSON FEE for something that is out of our control. The supervisor said there is nothing they can do. Even changing the dates they want to charge us. Looks like just fly just lost 2 customers.
