I am completely satisfied with the shirt I ordered, I love it. I'm used to buying clothes online following the size charts, so I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery time was accurate and without delay. The customer service was impeccable and met my needs. I would order again at this boutique, I will make sure to recommend it to my friends and family.
I get a bit confused on some of the clothing sizes. I was disappointed in the jean selections. Where are the jeans for ladies that do not have model figures? I received my order. I was a little disappointed in some of the shirts I picked. They do not look as good as displayed on the website. White one with flowers and butterflies I have worn several times and is starting to show peel balls. This is after I wash on gentle cycle and hang up to dry.
I ordered one dress at the beginning of September, and I paid for it and for the shipping expenses with my credit card. Today, after almost two months, they told me that "the package was sent back by the Chinese Post because it was TOO LIGHT, but they can give me a refund for only 20% of what I paid. Isn't this ridiculous? They must be making their money like this. My advice is to NOT buy anything from them, because you will never get the goods and/or a decent refund of the money you spent. Very bad site, the worst I ever experienced.
I ordered a summer dress and paid a good price for it, not what I thought would be a cheap product etc. I received a poor quality item which I had to pay to return and still have not received a refund for after 2 months. The company are still delaying and don't have any reasonable customer care. Awful and I will never use them again.

There were three pieces that I would have returned that did not fit and were nothing like I thought I ordered. Your company return policy made it virtually impossible. I was very surprised when I started the return process and did not want to go through such a time-consuming hassle! The quality of 3 of the pieces was disappointing to say the least and will be giving them away. You can bet your bottom dollar I will not order anything else from you!
I loved all the pretty colors, unfortunately some are not nearly as bright as I expected. I kept most of my orders but am trying to return some that did not work for me. The return process is a pain... I seem to be going around in circles.
I have made two purchases and I have not encountered any problems. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described, the shipping time is delayed but worth it. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am pleased to recommend it.
Buying a swimsuit online is always a risk. I previously bought a swimsuit from this online store and it was too small (not the fault of the boutique, the size differs so much that sometimes you have to hope for the best), but the return policy was fantastic and I had a bigger size in a few days, so I'm a happy customer overall.

Now a 4th shirt that wont fit - in this case me (plus world shirt for me). And returning is so very very difficult to impossible. This gets expensive for me.

I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago. I received one of the items; however, they have not shipped the other item, even though they charged me. I have repeatedly asked for an update to the shipping, begging, pleading, asking for compassion to do the right thing, to no avail. When I send an email to their support email, I get the same standard response about putting in the Order number and specifics of the order, again, to no avail. Please do not order from them. They do not care about customer service or assisting you. I believe it is an overseas company now. I did not do my homework up front.

This boutique is careful in every detail. It is a pity that the model I ordered cannot be adapted to fit my body more, so I had to make it tighten by the tailor, who in turn confirmed that the dress is really very well done. Thank you.
Great online clothing purchase process, the order arrives quickly to the address I indicated, excellent customer service responsiveness to adjust and correct any problems if they arise, the clothing is problem free!
I do like the shoes that initially brought me to the site. However the other 4 items I ordered are all very low quality and disappointing. It also took 3 weeks for the products to arrive. A little ironic for a company that includes Now in the title.

Like many other people have stated... scam! They send the item you ordered and it is a piece of crap that wouldn't fit anyone! Then there are the back and forth e mails that exceed the 7 day return window! It is frustrating and exhausting! Save your money!

I literally have no complaints about this online boutique. The girls are quick to answer my questions via email, they are very helpful and always go above and beyond to help their clients. I love clothes, and I have literally bought most of my closet from here :)
I did not know the site, I wanted to try a backpack for my daughter and the result is satisfactory. I bought a 4-pocket backpack at a good price, in stores in Italy are much more expensive. It arrived in about 20 days very nice and resist fashionable
I ordered a pair of sandals that arrived two and a half months late and, when they did, not only the quality was rubbish but the size was incredibly small. They have not replied the email I sent 5 days ago to give back the order. Never again!

I bought 2 times in this online boutique and the products were exactly as described and are the same as in the images. Very good quality and customer service. Items arrived quickly and most importantly, sizes are true to American and European sizes. You don't have to choose a size bigger just because the products are from Asia. Always choose your usual clothing size.

I ordered 4 dresses on 29.04.2020, I received a message to say my order had been despatched on 24.05.2020. Today is 20.06.2020 and still no delivery.
I have contacted this company by E Mail on 6 occasions but have only ever received a standard automated reply. When I placed my order the delivery details said 10 -20 working days!
Please please do not buy from this company. I believe that this is a scam.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
