Ordered a dress in size 12 which on the picture was a loose fit which I assumed would be a nice cool dress for summer. The dress when it arrived was much too small and totally flattened my chest. On requesting a return I was advised that the item should be returned to China at my own expense and even then a refund was not guaranteed. I decided to accept the 15% cash refund rather than fork out even more money and maybe out of pocket even more. I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as it is just not worth the risk of something being unsuitable and not being able to return easily. One of the advantages for me of ordering online is the ability to return an item easily for refund. I do however, accept responsibility for not reading the returns procedure. I have paid for my mistake and will be more careful in future. Learn from my mistake.

Just got my 2 cardigans, they dont look like in pics at all, very poor quality, went straight to the bin as I would never wear sth so ugly. Reading reviews it makes no sense to spend more money to get a refund as its not guaranteed. Got a quite an expensive lesson to read reviews about a company before ordering anything first. The 5 star reviews must have been written by justfashion (fashion?) themselves. They are con artists, scammers, should be banned from trading worthless $#*!. Pictures are of completely different stuff to deceive customers. Dont buy, dont let them deceive more people. Beware as they trade under different names on different websites too. Hope these bastards will rot in prison one day.

I came across this site on my Face book page, I order some items on January 29th 2019, they charge my card same day knowing that they did not have the items in stock.

Ordered all sizes too small. Jeans were to be 35 inch waist. 32 inch when received, they were floods not like described. Button hole still stitched up. Complained. They said to return, I had to pay shipping to China. Even though it was their mistake. Finally they said they would give me 25% off jeans. So $30.00 jeans now $23.00. Can't wear. I don't even give them 1star. Never again. The company is located in Markham, Ontario. Gives Ontario a bad rep, which is sad.

I believe these people operate more than one site under different names. None of which can be trusted. One is called Berrylook. Their clothing looks so nice and the prices are amazing, but you WILL be disappointed. I purchased a dress pictured as SLEEVELESS in a size large as reviews said they run extremely small. What I received was a LONG SLEEVE dress in a size that would fit a 12 year old. Upon trying to contact customer service, I quickly learned that I had been taken. No phone number to be found on the site and no response to email. Ordered a dress from same site, different name and received (2) of the same dress, same size, same color. I then realized that they had advertised a sale, buy one get one at half off. I wanted only one dress but ended up with two and they charged for it too! Please do yourself a favor, believe the bad reviews here and stay away. By the way, the quality of those two dresses is questionable.

I have never seen such terrible customer service. When I received my shoes, one of them had a noticeable hole in it. It took several days to get a response. I was told to send pics of the hole, which I did, and then was told I could return the shoes, at my cost, to China, very expensive. They said it would take a long time and be too expensive so they offered to give me a 15percent cash refund. I said ok and never got it. It has been a month and a half!

I bought a dress and it was supposed to be XL, well, it would have fitted a child of about 10. I sent the dress back and paid postage, THEN you sent it back to me. You are nothing but RIP OFF MERCHANTS and I advise anyone to be wary of buying from you. I have since sent the dress to my local Hospice Shop.

I ordered 3 dresses from just fashion now in April 2018, they didn't arrive until June.
The quality was poor & the sizing was wrong so I followed the company's return policy & at my own expense returned the items to China & waited for my refund.
I am still waiting.
I corresponded with them be email on many occasions but they said they had not received the returned items & until they did I would not get my money back.
I finally contacted PayPal as I had paid through them but even with their help, no joy.
Then in September 2018, the parcels were returned back to me! Literally in the same week I was diagnosed with Cancer and I gave up trying to get my money back.
I have finished my treatment & surgery now & have been given the all clear so I am now determined to continue my mission to get this scam made aware of so other people don't loose money as I have.
I believe they use photographs from another site & only when they receive an order do they make the clothes which would explain the delay in receiving items & the poor quality & sizing.
I will now try to contact my credit card company & also a consumer tv programme.

Stay away and save your money! Their pictures mislead you into thinking that you will get a fabulous dress/blouse/purse because of how wonderful the model looks. Even if you had the body like the model, the clothes that you receive will not fit or look good because they are made with such inferior fabrics - NOT linen, cotton, or silk.

They should be charged with false advertising and closed down because they lie and don't refund your money. PayPal backs them up. I am so disappointed but only have myself to blame for believing that I was getting quality merchandise at bargain prices from a reputable company without checking reviews first.

I bought 5 items in this china site, one of them was not delivered. And rest of 4 items are not worthy of any money. I tried to return. They are supposed to give a return label and address. But they don't. For my several E-mail requests, they keep sending same automated email telling same thing
" if you want return, you should email us for return label within 7day " Phone number they offered doesn't answer at all.
It's a scam. They sell garbage. And it's impossible to return and get money back

My wife purchased some cheap shoes on line, without us knowing that they came from China, which is fine by me except that the goods reached us after 2 months after ordering, poor quality and the size 37 I ordered (US and Europeans standards) was the Chinese one: too small, my wife can't use them.
We complained and asked for refund: they said I should send them back to China at our costs, exceeding the price we paid for the shoes, so this is fraud! Never again and I wish I had seen your reviews before.

Their site and products look good but BEWARE! They do not tell you they are a China based company - get ready to pay a HEFTY price should you want to return an item... and most likely you will wish you had checked reviews prior to ordering anything from them! I thought a pair of shoes that looked comfy and cute & great price... but just horrible, nothing like the photo, stiff, boxy and BAD chemical smell. Luckily I didn't pay alot for them as the return fee would have been about the same as price I paid for these 'things they call shoes'. Just DON'T buy. Period!
