Rubbish company, I received a completely different item to the one I ordered which I return straight away but they continued to say they hadn't received it in China when I had the proof that they HAD received it. The emails went back and forth for 3 months and they continued to send a standard email saying the same thing, each time I emailed them. Royal Mail confirmed receipt to me and read all the emails and then refunded me in full. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE

I tried to add these to the App but I couldn't find them. I had to delete the app it's just too small for me to see and you can't search. Product arrives in a reasonable amount of time.

Like the clothes but a little concerned about sizing and being overseas-was pleased with sizes-I normally wear 1x and ordered 3x and could have gone to 4x but still fit ok

I was not happy with the way you made contact with me. First of all I had to no idea that JUSTFASHIONNOW wa part of Tanjay. The clothes are nice but I was disappointed with the fabric. I have bought many items from Tanjay and was always happy with them.

Oredered 2 items--a top and a dress. The dress in the picture showed scallops around the neck. The dress I received has no scallops. Very slow receiving items. Took almost a month to receive them.

The style of this dress is really cute--unfortunately it should be lined. You can see right through it and that makes it unwearable without a slip. That defeats the whole point of a summer dress!

Scrolling through the shop was easy.
Purchasing the right size was ok using their size chart. But I found the fabric wasn't as nice as described. The tops were all kinda tight.

The dress didnt fit. Didnt look like the one online. Had to mail back to China which cost $28.00. Never had such a problem with an order & had to send picture of the dress on me!

Spent unnecessary time trying to get order placed correctly. Placement of Order #*** in the amount of $**** was successful. Signed out, returned to email & find same products with DIFFERENT CODE for LOWER PRICE. I am in the process of re-placing my first order for the different code & lower price (duh)!
IF I HAVE NOW PLACED A 2ND ORDER - ***PLEASE CANCEL THE FIRST ORDER ### and KEEP 2nd order ####***
This necessity of placing the same order twice to get the better price is ridiculous! Numerous [saved] emails back & forth later...

Love the choices. Thanks. Some were a bad fit. Would not exchange sizes. Return was to a China address. Cost too much to return. Told to try an alter garmet to fit.

There is a lot to choose from. It's hard to decide. The bustline sizes vary. I ordered a dress the was unflattering and it was too expensive to return.

It was quick and easy to choose items and I liked that I could use PayPal. What I didn't like unfortunately, was the sizing was way off and the quality was not good,

Ok so far. I'm curious to see the quality of the product because I'm suspicious that the immagine shows different quality than the real one. I already experienced that shopping at the same site

I have received one order so far from Just Fashion and the items were not exactly what I was expecting but good enough to keep and the prices are good.

I was not trying to use my credit card for Just Fashion but WAS trying to use my JC Penney care and the charge would not go throughj.

Thought I was ordering from JC Penney and was not so don't plan to shop Just Fashion again.

Cheaply made products and when you want to return them they suddenly tell you it has to go back to China for a return! The cost of the return is more than the cost of the product. What a bunch of SHYSTERS! Then they offer 15% refund in lieu of mailing back to China. DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER!
