I made a large order however a couple of my items was not delivered. The only response I would get was "it shows it was delivered". I live in a rural area in a small town so there are no neighbors and we know the person that delivers packages. So I was charged for two shirts I did not get and could not get help with my purchase. I would not recommend ordering because this could happen to someone else in a larger amount than mine.

Sizing hard to estimate in US sizes. The dress in cm had to be converted to inches, and then the size didn't match the "USA sizes." Neither dress fit. It's very hard and time consuming to try to communicate with seller and to return a product. I kept one blouse and returned two dresses. I have not yet been informed of the arrival of my second return, but I assume it's been received by now. I look forward to seeing that I've been reimbursed for my costs. I shouldered the delivery cost, which was considerable.

I am delighted with this website, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, I made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful! This says a lot about the excellent online service.

Just got another sweater today and I have not ordered since July! Its a duplicate. Tried to return past items and they wrote there is a restock charge and maybe customs will also add a charge and I pay freight but they will reimburse me 15% of my cost. Really? Is this legal?
For 15% i will donate them to Goodwill. Oh and 2 of my items came wrong size. So I am very disgusted and will call my credit card company to see if they can help.
I will not ever buy from them again.

Great! Looking forward to ordering things from you in the future. My only disappointment was that the dress took so long to get to me. Luckily, it's lighter fabric will work best in spring or summer anyway.

Selecting size was difficult. Must return 2 items for size, but an approval from JustFashion to return them is required before they provide me with the item return address. Most stretchy items fit; cotton blends did not. Items appear much more beautiful in pictures, but I still like the pretty designs. I could find better quality in any store fore the money, but JustFashion items are pretty designs. Shipping took 22 days to receive.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company. They were supposed to arrive in 10 days but it took 6 WEEKS. When they arrived, despite the fact that they were both supposedly a size 9, one pair was big enough to fit two feet in each shoe and the other pair was too small.

When I contacted the company about returning them, they didn't respond for a week (despite the fact that their own policy says they will respond in 48 hours) and they said that I would have to pay to ship them to China which would cost over $30 in order to get my money back - even though they clearly sent the wrong size shoes.

Never, ever, ever order from this company!

Do not order from this group. In February I ordered a pair of shoes, white pants, a shopping bag and a dress. I received the shoes at the end of March - two left shoes. I've sent them 3 emails and they've asked for photos and other info which I've sent then - and have not received any message other that they received my message. Last week (April now - about 2 months after my order) I received the pants I ordered. They were beige, I ordered white and the material is horrible - I went through the same process as above and still haven't heard anything. The quality of the products, client service and refund policy are all bad. I will never again order a product from a group I am not familiar with. PS. I still haven't received the dress.
