This Company is a scam products do not look like amazing pictures. The sizes i ordered were not sent correctly. Clothes were cheap and terrible fabrics not true to size. The return policy is impossible. Yu have to make they say will provide warehouse to return to but never do respond with direcct answer. I returned to their shipping warehouse & they offered me a % refund,

Excellent service for selling very beautiful clothes on the internet, has quality clothes always with a special design that are difficult to find in a physical store.

I placed orders at the end of November hoping to receive the Christmas items BEFORE Christmas. One order arrived the first week of January. The other order didn't arrive at all. After dozens of emails all they would do is tell me to check with my post office. As far as the quality of the product, it was gross! I was looking for sweaters and received some kind of print on stretchy polyester. It was more suited as PJs than wearing to a Christmas Party. The shipping time was NOT reveled at the time I ordered. I would not have ordered had I known. The shipment coming from China was not reveled. I wouldn't have ordered had I known. THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER! What I did receive has gone to Goodwill. SO DISGUSTED!

Ok, just wish it didn't take so long to receive your item. Last time I ordered it took over a month. Please rush orders

I was very frustrated purchasing items on your website. I put several items in my shopping Cart but had to leave. When I came back the cart was empty. I had to re-enter the items. I noticed the prices had changed, and most of them went up. Previously the subtotal was $163.32. I did this, not once, but several times. I almost never purchased because of this. This is why I only rated it as 2 stars. The photography on items was excellent, so I hope all items look and fit as good as they look.

The web pages are not conducive to a pleasant shopping experience. The pages close and the information is lost, so I have to keep starting over.

Fun and Easy! However the products I reviewed were very poor quality. Zippers in the jackets were very hard to operate, and the jackets were awful. I will NOT wear that in public! Also, the web site will not let you return anything! No "Return" button on order page!

It's a hit and miss process. I've experienced more misses than hits.

1. Most important: This is a company based in CHINA, not the USA, so besides the onerous return policy (you must take pictures of the product and upload it onto their site-, i. E. you and how it does fit you), you MUST RETURN ALL ITEMS TO CHINA! That means that they will force you to pay the postage, custom fees/paperwork to send everything back TO CHINA.
2. What you receive is NOT what is pictured. The pictures look like they come from Vogue with quality material and what you get is like a cheap Kmart knock-off with poor quality material.
3.The sizes are small. Their size chart says one thing; however, the clothing that is sent is smaller, so while the clothing is marked as one size, the real size as it fits you is SMALLER. Even if you order larger sizes, it is still too tight. Forget it if you have a full chest size. I ordered 2 sizes larger because I had read that the sizes run small, and I figured that I could take them in.
3. This is an Asian company - not disclosed on their website - but you can see Asian characters that pop up on digital paperwork. This may be the root of the sizing issue.
4. There are numerous complaints against this company for these same reasons with the Better Business Bureau. See online.
5. Do not order from this company for any significant piece of clothing.

Love the clothes! Thanks to the low prices I purchased 15 new tops for my sister for her birthday. She is beyond pleased. Very happy with fit and designs.

The shoes are so cheap looking! Not happy with them at all!

Disappointed - couldn't get my arms or head into dress, it was labelled size 22 but NO WAY was it a size 22, I have several dresses and tops sized 22 and they all fit really well hence I ordered size 22 from your size chart.
