The choice of garments and accessories is delightfully varied and extensive. The website is easy to navigate, the shopping cart works effectively and the transaction of monies is clear and secure. Arrival of the items was accompanied with several emails advising the latest point of delivery and these were most welcome. A subsequent inquiry back to JustFashionNow was quickly acknowledged and promptly answered with a good resolution. Thank you!

It's difficult to follow the receipt and return procedure. The shipment comes piece meal and then if you want to return something the return information that is sent through email isn't the completee purchase order. It's really difficult to understand what I'm returning and if there is an alternate size of an item.

I wish the photographer was the tailor of the clothes you announced! They ara in real life horrible and cheap! I wish to return them because they don't look the same as in the pictures.
Please let me know who I can return them and fat a refound. I am very, very dissatisfied.

What I got was not what I expected. The material was a cotton blend on all the shirts and dress, not at all what I thought I was going to get. The dress was the biggest disappointment. Heavy not breathable at all, and the color wasn't the vibrant color displayed in the ad. And it much longer than I anticipated.
I was offered 15% of the purchase price to use to have the dress altered a whopping $2.38 hardly enough to cover the cost of a good seamstress. I should have never ordered from Just fashion now. But I thought maybe they would be different from an other company I had the same experience with years ago, so shame on me.

This was my first time buying from JustFashionNow. I ordered 13 tops, and to my amazement every item was true-to-size, and the quality was good. I shop a lot, and most places nowadays do not have the same quality yet are costly. Will shop from JustFashionNow again.

This is the worst site I have encountered.
Ordered 3 "linen" dresses May 18th. Received them June 7th. Very poor delivery service.
Also, when opening the sealed packages, the dresses felt damp, moist. So disgusting that I didn't even want to try them on.
When will I remember: You get what you pay for.
Now I am going through a lengthy process just to get my money back, and I will still have to pay to ship the stuff back. I may just cut my losses and donate them.

As far as shopping goes it was great! I was disappointed that it did not fit. 2X is what all my clothes are and this was not a 2X, it was really tight in sleeves and across bust line. I am also not happy about return policy.

The material was synthetic, not nice on your skin. It was not embroidered, but printed. The cut was wrong: too deep in the decollete, too large in the shoulders, too tight at the waist, too long too. The long back was white, looked like a pyjama top. Look and feel very cheap. I can't wear that.
Of course the price was low.
To send it back would have added another $13, I was offered $2 to keep it.
I suggested $12, too high, they finally gave me $4, how great of them!
All in all, you will end up a loser, and they, winners. You are warned.
Don't trust the pics.
I won't make that mistake again.

Love the comfortable stretch. Couldn't get the zipper undone. However, I was able to slip the dress over my head due to the size of the scoop neckline Delivery took longer than expected. All in all pleased with the dress.

I ordered my boots on November 1 and received them on the 15th. They were in excellent condition, fitted well, and packaged carefully. When I first ordered them on this website, I made a mistake and had to send an email to customer service, and they were very nice and helpful.

The dresses look beautiful and stylish in your advertisements. They're poor quality, however, I shouldn't have expected that much for the price. What upset me the most: one dress had a floral pattern on the lower part of the dress. However, it was only the front of the dress. The back was just one solid color. That makes the dress just look really cheap. If you showed the back of the dresses on your site, as well as the front, I would never have ordered the dress.

The sizes were not standardized, even when matched with the same measurements one top was an XL and another was a 3X (and the 3X was too small). The shoes were of low quality and bent in the middle. I tried to return several items and did get the mailing label from you, but the cost to return the items was to China so it was prohibitively expensive and I will just donate the clothes and shoes to a charity. Given that I cannot trust the sizing and returns are impossible, I will not be shopping with your company again.

It is quite cheap and always of great quality. Shipping is great too! All the products that I have bought have a 100% perfect quality. However, what I like the most are the sales. XDDD Seriously though, the clothing styles are the best, and the accessories and jewelry really work! :)

STAY OFF THIS SITE. I ordered about 8 items and not ONE of them fit plus it took about a month to get the order. The sizes are all screwed up.
If you want to retrun anything it will cost an arm and a leg because they ship from China. So if you buy something you're stuck with it.
I will never order from here again.
