This is my first purchase. I fell in love with a jacket, and so I ordered it in a 3X, the size I normally would wear. I was thrilled to get it, but after trying it on, it was just way too small. I contacted the company and asked if I could exchange it, and I was told the 3X was as large as it came. Instead of the hassle of returning it they offered me a 25% compensation, which really would have paid for the postage to return it, that's all. I am keeping the jacket in hopes I can find someone who will want it.

Love the look of items, just hope they fit. I went by the sizing chart

I do wish you had more cotton shirts and all; I like what I got, but not really crazy about the silky blend---But this was nice

The printed shirt is decently constructed and I love the look of Monet's colors on it. On the other hand, the peach, front-pleated shirt is a peachy-pink, while the trim is a true pink. They don't match and don't belong together. The stitching of trim to shirt is poorly done.

Your items are very pretty and unique. I would like to see side and back views of the modeled clothing.

Received item I never ordered and was never charged for, though company insisted that was not the case. When I wanted to return it, I was told they had to go back to China, and since that would be so expensive, I was offered a 15% refund. Since I had paid nothing, I said to forget it. Items I did order were what I ordered but were not very good quality. Since I had paid so little, I didn't really care, but I would not order from you again.

JUSTFASHIONNOW made ordering easy and the products were here in a timely manner. I ordered five dresses and two fit. Sizes are little unpredictable. I was okay with the look of most of dresses. Hard to exchange because the are in China. Choose wisely.

I bought a jacket, size 5xxxx. I bought it large so it would be baggy. I cannot get it on, its no where near the size they promised.

I used paypal to pay for it as i believed that if the firm had a paypal account, they would be a legitimate business,

I complained to the firm who want me to pay postage and customs back to china (£16) or accept the £20% they are offering. The jacket was £16 plus £4
Postage... i can see that they want me, to pay for their shoddy work, or error. If they cannot abide by uk trading laws, then they have no business to be advertising in the uk and they should not be further endorsed by pay pal.

I have opened up a pay pal complaint. Suggest everyone else does this if you paid using paypal

Shipping was, of course, fast (in the midst of a pandemic) and the dress fit me like a glove! I'm small in size and the models are fabulously curved, so I was worried that even the XS size wouldn't give me the sagging look I wanted (seeing as the model was size S!)! It was my biggest concern. Turns out it fit! It fits very well! I was so surprised that I kept my mouth open the whole time! I'm rambling, but I'm so happy! I am very happy with my first order and will definitely do so in the future! Thank you very much to the team of this boutique!

A few hiccups, every time i wanted to add an item or view my existing items in my cart my cart showed that it was empty unless I added a second of the same item in it. It was very confusing. I also wanted to put this order with the Klarna feature but I couldn't find out how to do this so I had to buy everything in one lump sum. The clothes is as always amazing and the price is also very great. Can't wait for them to arrive so I can wear them.

As i suspected i only like one top that i ordered. Unfortunately, the material is not to my liking especially the white dress i ordered... its seethrough so i won't be wearing it. Pretty disappointing!

We ordered items from JustFashionNow. We received a notice after a few weeks that there was a delay and the items would be sent within 8 business days by express mail. They were not sent after 8 business days and we requested a refund. A week after we requested a refund they sent the items (not by express mail) which no longer were in season. They told us we no longer can cancel the order since it was already shipped. They are a scam and inefficient.

My experience not pleasant and I will NOT order anything else from the company. I sent two emails that were unanswered until I had an investigation into getting a refund. The one pair of shoes I ordered did not fit correctly and I ordered the correct size. I did not want to go through the hassle of sending them back if I couldn't even get a response back from the items I paid for and did not receive.

I couldn't wait to visit the JFN website to see what may be available for my shopping experience because I needed to find something perfect for a wedding and Sunday services as well. I ordered a very cute dress that I thought would suit various occasions. The delivery took weeks, but the dress finally arrived. The size was way too small and I knew the measurements must be for a junior sized young lady. How disappointed I was and realized their would be no point in trying to reorder or find something else. I read the reviews and wish the craftmenship of the clothing was a little more up to standards. Thank you for your time. I'll recommend JFN to others who prefer a smaller fit.

This site is very appealing to women, as there is a large selection of beautiful clothing and accessories. However, the sizing is not very accurate. On each item, I checked the sizing box, to confirm that the items I chose would fit me as I like. However, I was disappointed that almost all of the items were uncomfortably small around the shoulders and especially the bustline. Live and learn!

I liked some of the items I ordered and will definitely keep them and hopefully will find others that fit well in the future. I like the jewelry very much and one of the shirts is Especially Terrific. I just need address information so I can return the dresses that didn't fit well. Thanks so much for your help in the future.
I might suggest that you include the address in the shipment where items can be shipped back. You might gain a future order from a customer who has spent way too much time trying to get an address from your company to send back the missfitting items.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. I ordered 2 different skirts. One of them looks like the skirt pictured on the site. The other one wasn't even close. Not the same fabric pattern at all. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I did. This site is a BIG disappointment. Do NOT order from this company.

The "sweatshirt" that I ordered was really just a blouse and was waaay too big although I ordered the smallest size that you had. We I tried to return it, the Post Office told me it would cost $28.00 so I m stuck with it.

I will need to see how the dresses fit. I never have very good luck with online shopping for dresses, but the website was easy to navigate. What you consider a 4X is in actuality more like a 2X, so none of the dresses that I ordered fit right.

So far, I do not have any problem with the quality of the clothing I received.(I'm waiting for a shipment) However, I am praying that the rest of the clothing I ordered will fit. The return policy is really a work of art. First, they direct you to their web site to initiate a return knowing that it doesn't work. Then you e-mail them, and they direct you AGAIN to their web site that doesn't work. Then you email them AGAIN and they offer a small discount because returning it for a refund sounds like it will probably never happen... they must inspect it AFTER it goes through customs, and that's after you follow all their rules before sending it and spending a small fortune to return it. You also have to make sure that you meet all their deadlines. UNBELIEVABLE!
I will never order anything again without checking the reviews first.
