My experience with this company has been incredible! They provided me with the best customer service and sent me updated emails every time I checked or e-mailed them to request a smooth upgrade. I would definitely buy from them again in the near future, recommend their products.
Had a surprise about paying for return shipping charges versus take 25% totalling $18 against my original invoice. To which I have not received yet. Need to have those facts placed up front prior to ordering.
Sizing is not accurate (China products) I truly believed that I was purchasing sweaters... like made of yarn. That is how the pictures look and I closely looked at them many times.
However, when I received them about a month later they were just thin shirts basically screen printed to look like sweater material. Very disappointed. Also. No reviews on site about products
And not even an area to leave or read reviews. I should have known better Will NOT buy from here again.

Terrible quality, sizes and fabric are not what is advertised. They rely on you not bothering to return items by threatening Chinese import taxes. You might be lucky to get half back after initial costs plus return postage ( they will deny receiving the returned items)

I ordered 3 tee shirts for myself and 2 as gifts. All 5 of them were huge... way bigger than a small or medium should be... more like large/extra large. I thought I could return them or exchange them but when I tried to do so, I was told that I would have to return them at my expense to CHINA and I would only receive a refund after they had verified the merchandise. This is just too much expense and work and it's not worth it to me. I'll stick to Amazon from now on

The reason I do not like shopping with Just Fashion is that the Shipping charges are way too high. I prefer Amazon Prime. First, my PayPal account was charged 2 times $12.99 for shipping. After I complained it was corrected but still denied that it happened. The order gets placed in China and it took 4 weeks to receive. One top looked like a knitted pullover, instead, it is made of cheap stretchy fabric. So is the other top and runs small through the shoulders. They are not worth the money. For the price, you can buy 4 nice tops at Ross. I recommend not to buy from them.

I ordered sandals 2 weeks ago, and have been chasing my email and via their online form. No response. Now I see these reviews...!
PS Have finally had an email back from them, and they tell me the shoes will be another 4 weeks arriving, which is too late for me, as I am leaving the country for 3 months in 2 weeks time! I have requested a refund, will see how that goes:(
I can also contact my bank to request money back, but not until next week according to Just fashion's original shipping date (they say it may be 3 weeks total)

Takes months to receive complete order, they are now using pandemic as an excuse for delays, poor quality fabrics, one of the items they did not ship I have to wait weeks for refund. My order was shipped on three different dates.
Dreadful quality, poorly made. It took more than a month for my order to arrive because apparently it's coming from China. When I attempted to return some of the merchandise after spending over $200, due to dissatisfaction with the items, I was informed that I could get a 20% credit online or a 15% refund...& I would be responsible for return shipment costs. I can just imagine what it would cost to ship useless items to China, so I'm cutting my losses & donating the items (all shoes).
The prices look great online, the merchandise looks attractive but you'll be sorely disappointed. Save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere.

Really like the clothing but sometimes dress sizes are extremely inaccurate, and the current return policy not worth the effort, basically no chance of getting a reasonable refund. I will hold off ordering for a while.
Size of items from different designers differ. Sorry that they did not fit your body shape.

Isn't it strange that just about all your 5 star reviews sound as they were written a) by the same person and b) by someone whose mother tongue is Chinese. Fake reviews are the sign of a dishonest business- it's called lying!. Not surprising given the customer service complaints from a huge number of customers

Order a pair of espadrilles size 10. What arrived two months later was a size 11 that were so narrow that I could barely get three toes in. Shoes went off to Salvation Army. I will never ever order from these people again and suggest that you don't either. Save some money, time and frustration.

Clothing looks good on your models, but most don't fit well. Half of the materials are really nice, but you can't tell when ordering. Shoe sizes are too large on some and not on others.

Service was great and items arrived in a timely manor. The fit of the items wasn't verry good. I only kept 1 item out of 7. Shoes ran too large and wide, blouses were of nice material but boxy or otherwise fit strangely.
I am delighted with this online boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, I have made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful!
I measured for each garment as per the size chart, not a single garment fit right. What is described as cotton blend, seems to be some unknown plastic/poly fiber sown with cotton thread or "finished" with cotton seam binding. Sleeves and hems are unfinished, buttons are there but button holes are missing. Sale items can't be returned, quite a racket you have going.
The discounts offered switched. Supposedly I had 15% off, then 20% off flashed. But when I completed my order, only got a 10% first purchase discount. Deceptive.
Otherwise the written information about items seems fairly good.
