Cancelled my subscription twice. The first pair of boots that I got for just shipping were cute, but were basically made of cardboard and started falling apart after wearing them twice. I immediately canceled but was billed soon after anyway. Because I had the credit on the account to spend because of being billed, I went ahead and ordered a different pair of shoes because I didn't want to lose my money. Guess what, new boots, different style --same shoddy quality. I canceled again. That was in October. I've just been billed again out of the blue and that was three months ago.
Yes, I also called to end my VIP membership. Twice money was taken out of my account for two months AFTER I clicked to pass up those months. I ordered something I am still waiting for because I had credit from those months, but I called to cancel because I just can't afford to keep spending money every month and it seems too tricky to opt out each month, plus I have apparently two accounts - Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle. When I called, the young woman talked and talked to convince me to stay with the program. Quite frankly, I want out now. I guess I still have $10 credit which I either want reimbursed or I want to use it without having this membership so I can close it out. I have enjoyed the things I ordered, but I am basically a poor person and can't afford spending money this way on a regular basis. I don't appreciate how hard they made it to cancel my account.

The worst websit I have ever used. Placed an order over 3weeks ago and have not gotten my shoes. Not even a pair. Placed an order for 24 pairs. Have had to call them twice now. A message was just sent to my mail box by Hermes Parcle that my order has been sent back. And when I called the consultant was just telling me that 2 of the shoes I ordered for where not available. Can u imagine?. A mail would not be sent to me to tell me about it. I had to call them. This is so unfair and terrible customer service. Pease I need my shoe to be delivered. This is unacceptable
Beware of signing up for a JustFab account! Sure, their shoes are cute and they sometimes have intriguing promotions, but that's just how they lure you in. Once you create an account and are a "VIP" member, you're screwed. What they fail to advertise is that they keep your credit card on file and charge it EVERY month, even if you don't buy anything. They only give you like 4-5 days at the beginning of the month to "skip" being charged. Cancelling your account is ridiculously difficult. You call the number and it's generally foreign people (usually India) answering, poor English, and they give you the run around. And if you still have a "credit" on your account (the money they took from you) they don't give it back. Instead they give you some sort of e-gift card MONTHS later, that you need to reopen an account to even use. Absolutely terrible in every way. Save your money, go somewhere else!
Customer Service OMG! Selection, not the best. My favorite, they send a return order label to your E-Mail! WTF. Not everyone owns a printer.! Never again and I better not see a 39.95 charge on my card either or hell is going to break loose. I am closing my account. Delete. Gone...
The customer service reps I've dealt with through the page are HORRIBLE, though not as bad as adores.com. The footwear is great for the price and I love it, however I have not been happy with their clothing line at all. Seems very cheaply made and not comfortable. I will be ordering from them again but I will stay away from the clothes.
Cancelling your membership is virtually impossible, you just sit on hold for hours instead. Trying to chat? No one is there to respond to their "Live Chat Support." I was sent boots that wouldn't unzip, still had to pay to restock the boots I couldn't wear, and can't get them to cancel my membership. Disputing the charges.

Bought a pair of discounted boots and got duped by the £35 VIP charge. Having now researched Just Fab I am outraged that this is still allowed to happen.
How do I get a refund without having to resort to the small claims court, trading standards, OFCOM and BBC Watchdog?
I made the mistake of joining the VIP club and the first time I tried to cancel the person I spoke with convinced me not to. I forgot to skip the automatic charge a couple of months and had credits to spend. I had a difficult time finding anything I would actually wear and when I finally did, my order got lost! The customer service rep I chatted with wasn't at all apologetic and even stated he was giving me a "one time courtesy refund." How is it a courtesy to refund my money to me? Now I still have these store credits and I don't know what on earth I will spend them on.
I ordered two pairs of boots that I never received in the mail. They held an authorization hold as well as the payment amount double the cost until the authorization hold was released when the product shipped. Then I never received my boots! Went through this twice before I decided to cancel my account. I cancelled and was still billed the next month. Got a refund and cancelled with an agent via chat in January and here we are again in February and still billed and told my account is active. They will not escalate anything for you. They do not care. It is so hard to even get an answer out of these people.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! I was charged a bizarre amount of money for every month, which is insane because you cannot shop without signing up as a VIP. When I questioned store support about this, they were difficult with me and basically told me it was my fault! Like, I get it. It says in small print at the very bottom IF you check your account once in a while, but that is extremely grimy, and it should be advertised straightforward as you are signing up. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Ive purchased from them once and it was enough to make me cancel my account. Ive signed up for their subscription mail so I would receive emails from them promoting the shoes and all that jazz. Their sneakers caught my attention one day so I decided to check out the website. Long story short, in the email, the sneakers I liked were around $30, on the website it was marked down to about $9.99 if I become a VIP (I didnt want to of course because I know I wont be purchasing shoes every month). The price was still the same on the webpage. Went to checkout (I had three items) and I saw that all of them were marked down (I was very happy because I thought I was getting a great bargain). I did the whole procedure ( enter address and add credit card info), lo and behold something insignificant located at the top right corner of the webpage caught my attention. It was a box already ticked that said I would join the VIP subscription. Like seriously! They are the first company (Ive ever shopped with) that has done that. If I pressed confirm they wouldve swipe that $39.95 (btw very expensive) every month without me even knowing. When I realized they ticked that box, thats not very noticeable, I unticked it and the sneakers I saw for $30 was now $50 something. I was very annoyed but I purchased two boots from them (one for myself and the other for my mom). Shipping process was good but I was disappointed with the quality and how it felt. I wont recommend this online store to anyone. First and last they will be getting my money. I didnt get my instyle magazine they said I would get.

Would give it zero stars if I could. I cannot tell you how unprofessional this company is. Ordered 4 paris of shoes and they all came in different sizes (9, 10, 6, 11) you name it. All four pairs were the incorrect size despite the order form (that was also in the box) saying the correct size. How do you screw up on an entire order... I do not know. It's like the warehouse didn't think "well this is odd". I called in expressing the issue (waited about 30 mins for someone to pick up) and the lady said she had placed the correct new order and that those shoes would be put on hold until I returned the wrong sized ones, which I did immediately. A little over a week later, I got an email saying that order was cancelled because they had sold out. I was obviously livid. They even had the audacity to give me store credit instead of a card refund. HAHA. Called them up just now. Cancelled the "VIP" membership and asked for a full refund. Lengthy, Unnecessary process. NEVER have had a worse retail experience. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

Love the boots lots of compliments - my niece loved her boots also said they were so comfortable- the multi color boots do rub on the top of my food but I did like the color and style of them

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
