There is a reason it's too good of a deal. I tried to get two shoes before an event. My normal size to small. Sized up twice and then got one shoe the fit and the other was too small both labeled same size. Stitching and decor on shoe was poor and looked like a two year old did it. So returned shoes and shoe "never arrived" per company and they can't track it. So I'm out $50.
Attention JustFab Employees! Tell your JustFab founder to get rid of those auto membership monthly fees. It's obvious your auto monthly credit policy sucks. I don't discredit the quality of your merchandise other than receiving a few Size issues, but it really isn't right to scam your customers that way. Why not just offer the option to accept VISA gift card payments instead, and to all complaints posted in this forum, here's a tip. If you have no choice but enter a credit card info, do yourselves a favor and use only a credit card that's close to its expiration date.
I was a VIP member for two months and I bought 4 pairs of shoes, two pairs of boots $38 the quality is very good and they fit very good especially because they have the wide fit and normal fit. I will keep doing it

So I recently bought a pair of black shoes, size (9). It's next to impossible to find size 9 shoes. They came about a month or so later after purchase. Once they arrived, I found they didn't fit but that's not the main problem. I just found out that they charge $39.95 each month. I was lucky enough to catch it, but now I face another problem which is the customer service from what I read from the other reviews their awful people to try and talk to.

I ordered in April some shoes, found out 4 months later they were charging my credit card every month with $39.95. Called 3 times, last time asked to speak with a supervisor, the lady asked me if she can try to resolve my issue, i explained what happened she said she was going to refund the money and will send an email... it all was a lie.

What a horrible company!
I made purchase from them in June 2019 & I was happy with the purchase. Then in July & August, I was charged $39.95 each month. For a total of $79.90. I don't know what this charge is for. I didn't agree to any monthly "fee" for the ability to get discounts.
After I realized this, I called the company & Raul from Tijuana, was very rude after I explained to him that I didn't know that I was apart of a subscription service. He said that it's not his problem, that I didn't read the fine print. Can someone, please show me where that is on the email? Also, I advised him that I don't receive emails reminding me to cancel or that you will charge may card. He said it wasn't his problem that I don't check my emails. Not telling you in the subject is their way of hiding the fact that they are going to charge you. I have 2 monthly subscription boxes & every month, they send me a courtesy email to remind me.
If you want to "skip" a month or cancel you have to call. They do this knowing that NO ONE wants to pick up the phone and call them. Its a hassle.
They gave me a credit on my account instead of a refund. Which I was advised of that they don't do. I don't want a credit, I will NEVER use your site again. All I want is my $79.90 back.
My next stop is the BBB, this company is horrible and their "customer service reps" are rude and disrespectful.

Biggest con going I bought something ages ago only to discover months after I was being charged £35 per month! Then you have to opt out of every month's payment and if you forget tough! Then try to find anything worth while having for £35 no chance! You can't buy reduced items with your credit and at the moment there giving you 20%off but yet again you can't use this with your credits you have to pay cash although they have already had your cash! DO NOT use this crappy website there are others that have far better choices oh and the quality of the clothes leaves a lot to be desired! Not even worth £3.50 soooo angry!

After reading my review, JustFab customer service contacted me. After exchanging a few messages with their representative Ivy, our membership fees were refunded and we got an email confirming that our VIP membership was cancelled. It was only five days from posting my review until my paypal account was credited. I feel like my complaint was handled fairly.

My wife purchased a pair of shoes in October 2018 and she found three months later that she was being charged $39.95 per month in addition to the purchase price of the shoes. She got on the phone with justfab and closed her account. We just discovered that justfab continued to charge every month since then. That's $439.95 plus the original purchase price! I would urge anyone considering a purchase from justfab to stay away.
I've had a membership with them for years and I always call in to get my credits moved to store credit so I can spend it more freely. Anyways this last time I called I asked that and the girl wouldnt do and then CANCELLED my membership

I ordered two shoes, white and black with gold flowers on the heel part, for my high school graduation walk. I ordered it a month in advance soo if I didn't fit it or like it I can always change it. It never came in and I had checked my email and had said it was at the post office so I went to the nearest post office and they directed me to another office due to not receiving any shoes. I had been to multiple post offices to get an result of nothing. I emailed justfab and the post offices for an update, with no reply back. A week left till graduation so automatically I started looking for other shoes. A couple days after graduation the order still never came in. I had called the justfab number and this employee just had a terrible attitude while speaking. She said the order was sent back to headquarters due to my address not being found for delivery, she asked if I would still like my order and I said yes. She asked what size and I gave her my size, she then said they didn't have my size and can do a size bigger. I told her if they had my order sent back they should've held my order and contacted me to see if I wanted a refund of my money back or to re-ship my purchases instead of selling my order that I purchased to someone else. She took a deep breathe and asked if I wanted a refund due to giving my order to another buyer, I said yes I want a refund and after I said yes I want a refund she said okay and hung up. The only thing good of this whole situation was just getting my refund. I wouldn't give it a second try do to this first bad impression. Way to carry yourself justfab.

DO NOT ORDER from this company! If i could give them a negative star i would.
I ordered wide calf boots, they came regular when i went to send them back the s&h added to the restocking fee was more than i paid for them... so i decided to save my money and gave them to a thrift store. I then was locked out of my account and could not skip months, i since feel this is a company ploy of theirs. I did order 3 pr of shoes... subpar/ low quality & not comfy. I sent them back immediately in same shape, box, packing. They are horrible to deal with! Try cancelling your account... only to be continued to be billed month after month. You will only have to call back time after time and speak to people that try to beat around the bush and lie... and still argue w you about not refunding you for the account you already cancelled... 3x's and counting now! On too of i am waiting for a refund CHECK to be sent, that was stated would be sent to me in 4-6 weeks. WELL... its 6 weeks and when i called to check on the process, 3 people later, they cannot confirm when i will be receiving my check. BUT THEY CAN SURE TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

I had ordered a pair off their site for my prom and everything worked perfectly I recently went to order another pair only to have to site not let me check out, I created another account thinking oh well something wrong with my first one only to find out the second one wouldn't work either so I called the number they have to see what is going on the guy I spoke to had no idea what he was talking about and when he told me that my first account was closed because there was a "dispute" with the bank and my account though no one would've had been able to go on my account nor would anyone be able to call the bank about my info funny thing was it was closed last month yet i was still recieving emails and when the guy realized why I couldn't check out he goes its your address thats the problem, I'm over here like buddy where the $#*! am I supposed to send it and he goes I don't know that's not my problem. When i asked if he could override the system he said no so I turned to him cause all he was saying was I needed to change the address I said so you can't help me that's fine I'll use another website he turned around and goes yes that's your choice, I snapped back saying it wasn't my choice it was whoever was stupid enough to close the account and not do so properly. This website deserves no stars if this is all it does want to give it the benifit of the doubt but no they gotta be rude little asshoes which deserve nothing

My mom, sister, and I share my debit card to use JustFab which we have been part of since 2015. Last year I noticed 2 charges of $39.95 on my account after we have all skipped. I called customer service who issued me a refund and apologized. I personally couldn't trust the site again, so I asked to close down all of our accounts which the representative told us he cancelled. I forgot about JustFab since October of 2018, and I stopped logging in because my membership has been cancelled. Fast forward 10 months later, I scroll down my bank account to find recurring payments since the day I closed the accounts. I call JF customer service and I asked them to close our accounts ONCE AGAIN. The representative agrees to close our accounts down but says that we lose our credits (which added to $880 USD). I told him no we want our money back, but he said there is no way for us to get our money back. In a way, they are forcing us to use ~900 USD on products that we do not need. It is a total scam. I called my bank account and filed a fraud claim with them and the BBB. If nothing works this company is getting sued for negligence on the representatives part and for lying when they said they closed our accounts. I will not back down until I get my refund back. And OH, just in case a JustFab representative tries to post a comment to this review: I do not care about what you have to say now, talk to the BBB and the credit card company. I see your response to the rest of the reviews and you're full of $#*!. People want a refund for their money, don't post a feel-good response without giving us a solution.

I got a charge in my bank statement saying I paid 39.95 to just fab but I canceled my membership back 6 months ago. I called and they said they won't give me my 230$ back because apparently during the call I kept my membership. Another girl said I could only use the money to buy their merch(never doing that again). Called my bank and canceled my card so that they can't keep scamming me out of 40$ each month. No emails to remind me were sent and no emails at all actually because I canceled my membership but apparently I didn't but they didn't tell me or remind me that I had to pay or was still a "member". Absolute crap phone service and you can't understand what the people on the phone are saying because of their accents. Will never be shopping here again and will definitely be talking to a dispute specialist to get my 230$ back.

Since last 2 years I've been a member of Justfab, which I'm my opinion is one of the biggest scam in retail world. So I purchased first two shoes as new VIP members which was like $39.99 for two, those shoes did not fit me at all, so I exchanged it, again those did not fit as Justfab shoe size vary like anything. So what happened afterwards, I waited for few days to see if something nice is available and I could see my money going into credit. They did not mention this in their terms of service that first purchase as VIP member will turn into credit, losing the discount offered as first time member. So it's a trap. I never got those discounts.
Secondly, when you forget to skip the month, your money gets converted into credit and you can expect buying the shoes as twice the price as normal stores, as they don't apply sale or promotion on credit. You can either use sale or your credit. Also not mentioned in terms of service.
And when I called the customer service, the agent was unable to resolve the matter, and when asked for the supervisor, I was told to provide the phone no. So that supervisor can call me, but it was utter lie. What kind of good customer service leave customer waiting forever? Yes it has been 3 days and no call so far and pretty sure, I won't get one. I might be giving up, as losing my previous time costs more than that. But certainly I want other people to know the reality. In a simple word, beware of this trap and read all the terms and condition before you become the member. If first time shoes fit you, you are good otherwise in anticipation of good shoes you will keep you membership for longer to get something worth it.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
