After reading my review, JustFab customer service contacted me. After exchanging a few messages with their representative Ivy, our membership fees were refunded and we got an email confirming that our VIP membership was cancelled. It was only five days from posting my review until my paypal account was credited. I feel like my complaint was handled fairly.
