I havebpurchased from JustFab for several years. All shoes and clothes have been true to size, with a few minor exceptions.
Everything is great but what I don't like is that the points you build up u can't spend unless you buy something and you only get so much off of a item but if the points are there I should be able to spend and pay for shipping but the points only add up to one item when I know I have spent way more than the points I have
I was dissatisfied with the fact that I was directed to go through Facebook to confirm that I was who I said i was in order to order and there was no option but to call customer service. That signals to me that the site is not secure and someone else could possibly use my membership to place an order. Beside I don; t want to be forced to use Facebook for anything!

The site is awesome to use seeing that you can Filter it down to exactly what you need. The deals are great, I love that I can skip the month and still purchase whatever I want. Shipping is always within 7 days. My shoes always fit perfectly and comfortably, this site is definitely a win!

Customer service is non-existent, they don't clarify what items are covered by the credits ($40 a month, every item SHOULD BE purchasable with credits) and my package is going to take 14 days to arrive. Save yourself the headache and seek a monthly fashion site elsewhere. Justfab is NOT THE ONE.

They do not actually give you credit for the 39.95 monthly charge. You will pay something! And NO refunds. They got me for $80. I tried to buy a $19 pair of shoes from that credit- they wanted $10 more! Do the math! Im telling everybody.

I found this page on Instagram and found a couple of pairs of shoes that are really liked so I decided to buy them. When they got here my mom told me to make sure that there wasn't a monthly fee so I went on to the website and logged into my account and found out that they automatically made me a VIP member which has a monthly fee of $39.95. I did not sign up to get charged $40 per month for a site I could only find two pairs of shoes that I liked on. When I called customer support to cancel my account and explained to them what happened, they told me that I was taking advantage of their VIP promotional prices so I could just get these shoes. I told the lady if she really thinks that I'm taking advantage of their site that I could just return the shoes and I would be glad to get my $40 back. To which she replied "no no you don't have to return the shoes we'll go ahead and cancel your account for you".
I'm glad I caught this on early. Hopefully they don't charge me anymore.

I would but less then 1 star if i could
I bourght shose in january and its september i got no refund my shoes didn't arrive. I phoned them and got told that my acount was cancled like i asked then i phoned about 4 more times and asked to speek to a manger and the person on the phone hung up on me so i phoned back and they kept making exscusise about this and that. There liers and very rude to there customers

Flaming mad right now. I have been a member for THREE YEARS. Part of JustFab's contract is they are supposed to send emails reminding their clients to skip. I have caught them out before and remembered but this time around no dice. I forgot because I was on vacation for labor day weekend. I went to the representative because I could not afford it this month. While the bot? Argued with me on it until I pointed out this was fraud. They gave me some BS about it being a "legitimate" company to which I had to say a legitimate company would offer their longterm loyal customers refunds FOR THEIR SYSTEM'S BUG. On top of it when I canceled my membership, the witch had to gall to remind me that when she doesn't have the funds she skips the month. Yes. I would have skipped this month and continued to use JustFab if you had held up your end of the contract! Reprogram your bots and stop being shady and sporadically sending out reminder emails. I think I got my refund but will be contacting the bank anyway with screenshots. Can't trust a company who thinks this is acceptable.

My mother does not know English and she saw this page on Instagram and she fell in love with some sandals and boots. So I was so nice to lend her my bank card so she can purchase the shoes. She saw that it said 2 pairs for $29 so I said ok heres my card. Since she doesnt know English and she didnt know anything about that VIP membership. After she did her purchase I checked how much she spent and what she bought. Then I see that she joined the VIP Membership. So right away I cancelled the membership online and then I called to ask if its cancelled but no one answers and I'm on hold. I called so many times and no one answers. So since I cancelled that Membership, so now what am I going to get my money back? I NEED MY MONEY NOW!

I ordered two pairs of shoes which I'm in love with, but I only received one pair. Which was in July. I waited and nothing. I emailed customer service somewhat of what I could find. They emailed me back and said they will get in touch with me soon and never did. I just want my shoes!

I try to buy some shoes with the credit I have and extra money from my VISA, but it keeps saying that the address in my bank doesn't match with my billing address, i called the bank and they tell me is a problem with JustFab because is the same address on my account. I chat with someone called Daniel on client services and he tells me that the problem is the bank... I explained I already talked to the bank and the problem is not them and he tells me there's nothing he can do.
Anyways, now i can't use the credit I have with JustFab and I'm going to lose $39.95 USD which maybe is not a lot, but I feel like I'm being robbed and JustFab simply don't care.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
