You have to opt out of current month's selection NO LATER THAN THE 5th day of the month. (And they send no reminder. And you can't even attempt to opt out until the 1st.) If you don't opt out, you are AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED $39.95! And opting out is no easy business on their app. (Personally, I think they designed it that way so you get charged the $39.95.) AND, if you cancel your subscription, you lose all your credits including those for returns of their poorly fitting shoes! Man... can you tell I detest JustFab?
Made six separate purchases in the last two months. Called to inquire about why I purchase fifty dollar shoes today and tomorrow the same shoes are twenty five. They suspended my account for suspicious activity??? My money is good and I was offended. So I told the consultant that I
would be returning every single item I purchased and to cancel any orders that hadn't been shipped. I refused delivery of two orders and returned them via USPS (mailman). I called to check on my refund two weeks later and I was told because I didn't get a special label I wouldn't be getting a refund because the warehouse doesn't check in undelivered packages. So I'm out of about two hundred dollars!! Rather than help me the supervisor just said sorry you didn't follow policy. I told him that policy wasn't explained nor was the the suspicious activity that they claimed was tied to my account. It's disgusting how these people maneuver!!

So, I signed up about two years ago... and didn't read the fine print on how my account literally gets charged 39.95 every MONTH if I don't "pass" it or whatever. I went 5 months without realizing my card was getting charged, and those go to Just Fab credits. I immediately cancelled my VIP account. I got a notification the other day that those five months of payments were changed into gift cards so I was all pumped and ready to order clothes for my upcoming honeymoon. Only to find out that to REDEEM those gift cards that I PAID FOR... I have to once again sign up for VIP membership, which would mean $40 payment just for that, plus deal with the head ache of cancelling before next month rolls around. This company is a complete MONEY SAP, and carefully orchestrated to make you lose money either way. Complete bull$#*! and total waste of my money and time. I'm still mad they got $200 from me and I'll never see it. Because like heck will I put myself through that again. Basically, thankful that so many BETTER clothes companies exist that don't need to earn their living by SCAMMING people out of their money.

If you are a VIP customer then you have to pass your month before 6th. In my case almost every 2 months 39.95EUR used to get deducted even after passing the month. Then write to the customer support requesting them for a refund for an amt which was charged for no reason!
Recent experience from July- I passed my month on 3rd of July, I receive an email confirmation on the same day itself. On 11th I find 39.95EUR charged. When I approach customer support, they claimed to have not charged me and in their system I have successfully passed the month. Moreover, the customer support had an audacity to end the chat while I was still questioning. Hence proved they have no value for their customer.
I wrote an email for which I was told that someone else might have used my card. This proves your details are not safe while making a transaction.
In the end no refund!

I called to cancel my account or to remove the credit card on file they told me that they can't either cancel or remove my credit card on file so I had to call my bank and issue a new card. Stay away of a business that ethics is not their priority.

Ok, I'm gonna keep this as short as possible, basically it's a scam.
I ordered 3 items one time and they kept charging me with 39,95 every month and I didn't know for about 6 months (I blame myself for not acknowledging that but I'm in Germany and German is not my native language.)
When I knew about that I was told there is no chance of refund and I need to use my credit that has been accumulated at this point, catch? You are only allowed to buy items that cost EXACTLY 39,95! So for example If you have 200 in credit (which happens to be my case) you can't order any random items you happen to like, no it has to be individual items each one costing 39,95. Pretty inconvenient ha? That's still nothing!
So I'm trying to get rid of my credit as much as i can't and i order some stuff I like that happened to be on sale and i didn't mind paying more cause I thought the offer was pretty good to pass, dhl company in Germany driver couldn't read my name on the bell (frustrating) so I try to get in touch with them and when o learn that's the shipment was sent back to just fab I email them and get a response from them saying they will reship it. 4 days later I contact them again and they tell me they will not be able to send it cause I contacted them 4 days later! I get angry and tell them I did contact you via email and you promised to ship it again and I get told "you should have called" WELL THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE AN EMAIL ADRESS LISTED IN CONTACT? And why was I told it's gonna be okay then get ignored? My theory is it could be cause the items were on a really good deal perhaps. But even if that's not the case it's just an abysmal service. Oh and now that I'm trying to make an order to get rid of my credit after following all their stupid rules the order can't be processed.
In a nutshell if you want to buy anything from them in the future I suggest you BURN YOUR MONEY cause it's essentially the same thing.

Just been scam by the worse con iv ever had. Bought a pair of shoes payed on line then found out they have been charging me 35pound every mt since January. On penshion credit and wondered why I did not have much money to live on. They are saying I did not read terms and condition but there were not any as I payed there and then.

When you sign up for justfab i believe you should be aware that they will charge you 40 dollars a month if you do not but shoes EVERY MONTH! Its in the finest print possible, so no one would recognize it. The VIP membership is essentially forced upon you and is marketed as free and being great. Set aside this absolute scam, the product was terrible. The shoes i ordered for prom were terrible quality, they hurt my feat, and they came apart during the festivities of the night. Absolutely hands down the WORST fashion website i've ever been to. Do not waste your time or money on this cheap shot, abhorrent, buffoonery, scam. -100/10. Would not shop again.

I signed up to get the deal with the shoes where it gives free shipping and like 50% off a pair of shoes. I have had the membership but have been skipping the month but I forgot twice so now I have $80 in credits that I can't use with their sales. This is such a trash website and their clothes suck on top of that.

Just don't do it. This used to be decent back when their items were actually priced to match the value of a "credit". But now there's no real way to get your money's worth even with the "VIP discount". Clothing quality is somewhere between Forever21 and the Gap, but the price is astronomical by comparision. They DON'T HAVE A SIZE GUIDE (seriously, how the f*ck do you not have a size guide as an online retailer?!?) and they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR CREDITS NO MATTER WHAT. Pleeeeease for your own sake avoid this company like the plague.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This website is an absolute scam and use their clients money without their consent. BIG LEGAL RED FLAG. I was unwilling signed up for a membership I had no reason for joining and then money was taken from me to be put towards credit. All the clothing is sub par at best and ill fitting, the sizing is extremely limited so if you have the average sized foot for a female then good luck buying anything that looks slightly decent. Customer service is awful and you cannot cancel your account by yourself, they remove your right to handle your own account.

Biggest scam of my life. I bought a pair of boots for £14 years ago and found out today that they have been charging me £35 ever since for a membership I never agreed with (Sometimes more then once a month). They owe me over £1000 (I`m not joking!) People should be warned. I still don`t know what I`m going to do if they refuse to refund me.

Buyer beware, your money "expires" on your account and you have to call to get your money back. Then they will not credit you back your original payment, you must do a store credit and that will expire. This company has horrible customer service and take steals your money!
If you have a store credit (your money) it will expire and the only way to get it back is to call and deal with rude customer service agents. They claim this is how the system works, it makes your money expire?

It appears every time I go on the website some of the content is in a foreign language. I want to order shoes but the sizes and order info appears to be in Chinese or some other language with symbols instead of letters.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
