If you are a VIP customer then you have to pass your month before 6th. In my case almost every 2 months 39.95EUR used to get deducted even after passing the month. Then write to the customer support requesting them for a refund for an amt which was charged for no reason!
Recent experience from July- I passed my month on 3rd of July, I receive an email confirmation on the same day itself. On 11th I find 39.95EUR charged. When I approach customer support, they claimed to have not charged me and in their system I have successfully passed the month. Moreover , the customer support had an audacity to end the chat while I was still questioning. Hence proved they have no value for their customer.
I wrote an email for which I was told that someone else might have used my card. This proves your details are not safe while making a transaction.
In the end no refund!
