I am beyond upset! I checked out this website and found a really cute pair of boots I wanted to buy. I purchased them and today I found out I was locked into a membership. I could cancel the membership but they refused to refund my money. I could not believe it! I am so angry right now! If you are thinking of buying shores on this sight DO NOT DO IT!
I recently gave a scathing review of this company who doesnt let you cancel your account and lies to you when using Live Chat. I turned them in to the Better Business Bureau for not refunding me accordingly and in less than 24 hours they answered. They gave an excuse and blamed the one month delay on Pay Pal and said they would have my refund to me in 24 hours. Alot of work to get back 35 bucks but at least my point was made and they have yet another bad ding on their reputation
Set up my account in early 2016 since I only wanted to buy a pair of boots I signed up for the VIP, after realizing that I would be charged 39.95 a month just to be a member I canceled my subscription. Well to my surprise I had to called back 3 more xs and was still being charged at 39.95 a month! Long story short I had to call back 3 more times to get them to cancel my subscription and to stop stealing money from my account. Beware this company will Rob you Blind! Any you'll be stuck with a pair of shoes you can't even fit to boot!
I found this page on Instagram and found a couple of pairs of shoes that are really liked so I decided to buy them. When they got here my mom told me to make sure that there wasn't a monthly fee so I went on to the website and logged into my account and found out that they automatically made me a VIP member which has a monthly fee of $39.95. I did not sign up to get charged $40 per month for a site I could only find two pairs of shoes that I liked on. When I called customer support to cancel my account and explained to them what happened, they told me that I was taking advantage of their VIP promotional prices so I could just get these shoes. I told the lady if she really thinks that I'm taking advantage of their site that I could just return the shoes and I would be glad to get my $40 back. To which she replied "no no you don't have to return the shoes we'll go ahead and cancel your account for you".
I'm glad I caught this on early. Hopefully they don't charge me anymore.
I got 2 pair of sandals. The design was cute. But they were horribly made. The quality was abysmal. In less than a week both pair were falling apart at the seems the straps had detached. I have had better quality from Walmart $1 flip flops! In fact I replaced them with a pair of sandals from Walmart that have outlived the pair from just fab by a multiple of at least 4 already and are still in excellent condition. The just fab sandals were waste of money! Maybe they have partnered with Wish!?!

Total scam get you to sign up with the offer of 75% of but fail to make it clearl they then takeep 35 pound each month and orders take ages to arrive not the 3-5 days that it states and as for the customer service is non existent I have tried livery chat and emails with no response to any and my comments on there Facebook was then deleted and I was blocked. Don't know how there still in business it's shocking!
Thought I would write a review as I also accidentally signed up to become a VIP member, when buying two pairs of boots. Once I realised I completed the form to cancel membership (within 10 mins) and emailed it to the address given. I received a message within 12 hours to say that my membership had been cancelled. They also couldn't fulfill the whole order, one quick phone-call later the money was refunded back into my paypal account withing a few minutes.
First, I was unhappy with the quality of the items I received, so I cancelled my membership right away. The next month I was charged again- I called the company, agreed to have a "member credit" for that month ( Holiday season, I could use it to buy a gift) and then cancelled my account again. The following month I was charged again, I called and after 2 weeks, they refunded my money and assured me that my account had been closed. Again the following month I was charged again. I called again and was put on hold for 15 minutes and was told I have an active account. The woman I spoke with told me that there was not a single note in the system regarding the multiple times I cancelled the account. She also suggested that since they still send emails, I should have known this. Don't give your credit card information to this company because they will fraudulently charge you every single month- even when you cancel!
JustFab had a great selection of shoes. I purchased two sneakers and I wore one pair the very next day. Great fit and the price was so attractive. I was also able to use my VIP points, which made the price even more attractive.

Service reps Kept hanging up the phone during mid conversation and it happened multiple times with different people after I kept starting my conversations back to square one ALL DAY from being hung up on or failed to be effectively rerouted to management as they do not know how to work their systems. The manager was beyond rude and laughed when I informed her of my stressful situation dealing with customer service when it is not funny at all. It took me over 6 hours to be connected to a supervisor after. They even made a "virtual appointment" for them to call me and I was told a director would call me at 6:30 pm today and received 0 call. They also gave me an email to reach out to management with, that apparently they do not utilize at all. Tons of miscommunication issues. Not worth your buck. They are disrespectful and not helpful. Very incompetent.

I suggest a class action they understand that you can find a lawyer online who will be happy to slap them with a class action believe me just mention "class action" and they will take you off their radar. They sound like they suck!
I always enjoy my purchases from JF. However, I absolutely adored this recent purchase! Especially my gold dress... I haven't felt so attractive ans sexy in a long time. Now, whenever I need a killer outfit, I think of JF first! Btw I have a concert I need a new outfit for (I got front row seats) and I need to look my best! Can't wait!

I skip a lot of months due to personal budget. But I am very satisfied with purchases that I have made. The items are very affordable and are of good quality. They arrive on time. The website is easy to use. They send me sales and deals all the time in my email but don't get obnoxious about it. I love the shoe selection. Very happy with my experience. I believe I have been a member for a couple years now and plan to continue to be a member as long as I have the option to skip certain months.

Recent purchase was cancelled and card being charged extra money after the purchase completion. How does this happen? Was there a glitch that couldn't calculate my items properly then in turn the customer loses a purchase? Terrible business and I've been a long- time customer. I'll be ending my membership.

Simple shopping experience but when I received my boots, I was highly disappointed. The boots were huge and did not fit your feet. It was like the boot was made for bigger girls. I would not recommend this boot for smaller to average women

I cancelled my membership a few months ago, and just before Christmas was billed for the monthly fee. Called to inquire and they said I still was on membership even though I somehow wasn't billed the following months after cancellation. No refund is possible but hopefully got my point across THIS time to cancel. Don't recommend this membership to anyone.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
