Weekend call out

I was concerned about Benny and just googled a vet as it was the weekend. However after I had paid I was annoyed I was dealing with someone outside Australia and thought I had paid money and would Never hear from anyone but I got a message and the recommendation worked thankyou.

The best application I've ever used!

As an older person who avoided technology and am now paying for that with ineptitude, the gentleman who assisted me was kind, helpful and never lost his patience... I would have! If you have trouble navigating this new world, get this application. I have already recommended it to most of my friends, young and old.

I called in because o got scammed from a person passing as a family member I had not talked to in years staying he was being detained at the airport for undeclared money, anyhow the lawyer said there was nothing I can do since I wired money in cash through money gram.

I was so reassured!

Just Answer has come to my rescue for the 2nd time this past Saturday. Had an urgent need for vet reassurance that my own vet wasn't available to help with. Contacted Just Answer and within a half hour the vet returned my call. When your pet children need you right away, that is so important. I will recommend the service to all my friends who are pet parents!

Plumbing questions answered

I had an issue with what my IRL plumber was telling me so I asked Just Answer. The expert advice was marvellous, my only issue is the ChatBit (or whatever it was) told me it would cost $2.00 but it actually cost me $55.00 as I had to 'join' first. Not too happy about that but I needed answers so I 'sucked it up'!

Thanks so much Dino for communicating via text regarding my dishwasher. My neighbor did for me what you instructed and it's working fine now. I guess I had some residual dish soap on a plate which caused over sudsing! Lesson learned!

Ten year old HP Printer problem

Had replaced ink cartridges (the 3 color ones were empty, the black one wouldn't print). The new color cartridges seemed to be ok but the black one still wouldn't print. We tried different cleaning processes but the black still wouldn't print. We figure that that function of the printer is broken.

My dog ate chocolate chip cookies

Our family came in from a birthday lunch and our dog and pulled a box of cookies off the kitchen island and eaten them. One whole dozen. I was concerned as a few were chocolate chip. I was immediately connected to Dr. Bolton and he let me know the amount she would have needed to ingest for them to be toxic. Fortunately, she consumed way less than that. What a relief!

Good solution, wait was confusing

Chat Software needs an intermittent reminder that the veterinarian is still researching the issue. First two responders took so long that I chose to move on. They did not respond to my queries of were they still on. Third responder came up with detailed explanation very quickly. I am a new dog owner and have a lot to learn. Hoping this app will help

Good comprehensive IT guy

Had a difficult problem with an old Garmin mini. It took a while to get through the customer service line and chat bots but eventually got to this guy who was excellent. He was patient. He probably cut and pasted instructions, but you could tell he added some information that was personal on my case. Eventually, all worked out great.

Possible overdose

I realized I gave a double dose of medicine to my 15 year several hours later when it was time to give it to her again. She had been sleeping for a long time which some days are not unusual for her age. I was freaking, out that she could die. I was reassured that she would be ok. I was advised to not give her the evening dose and to wait until morning. She was normal in the morning. Much to my relief!

Falling down

Early this morning I got up to use the restroom! My first step I took started into A fall. I have an old iron bed frame! Thinking I could catch my myself, I reached out but did not get a hold of anything. My left breast took the full force of the fall! The force of the fall and landing on my breast almost knotted me out!
Of course, my dog had to come and check on me and give my kisses. I had A hard time getting up but I did it. I needed to put ice on it, but I choose A bag of pees instead. It helped; I woke up later wet from the pees troughing out. This morning, not only is my breast black & blue with yellow strikes, so are my knee. So, I sat down and sent Just Answer some questions. They were very helpful and helped me remember some things that I had forgotten about. Thank you very much.

Well, I put in the wrong line so what I'm gonna say is this first of all I've had you guys for 56 years now I think you have my name you have my phone number. You have my truck on while I pay every year at like clockwork today is the first time I've ever been asked to sign in, which was OK but I don't use Comcast anymore and I couldn't get anything. I couldn't get the new system working so they sent me to another damn site which says pay us and we will help you. I ain't got no damn help yet.
