I live in a small town with only one veterinarian and he's been out of town and has a VERY long waiting list to be seen. My heifer who is new to the family had some concerning health stuff and we needed help ASAP. Dr. Mike responded and gave me some suggestions while waiting on our local vet to return. I had a problem with my LG refrigerator. I called the website and and spent a lot of time "chatting" with a bot that kept telling me to do things that I already did. My 2 1/2 year old female Blue Bully Sasha was bleeding after her second AI… wasn't too sure what was happening because her mother who had a successful 10 piece litter never encounter this issue. My problem, I assume couldn't be fixed. My printer was broken. Unfortunately, I had extreme difficulty in understanding what the technician was saying. His Indian accent was so strong I honestly think I missed half of what he said.

They both were very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was I was charged the initial $1.00 which I was told that I would get back but I don't really care about that it was the $41.00 charge that showed up on my account that I was not aware of and I had to ask to have it refunded due to I was unaware of that charge. The lawyer I talked with listened to my problem. Then we both decided that the problem could be solved without the use of a lawyer. My contact with both Moerie and the delivery company would be enough to solve the situation.
I somehow how clicked voice over on my phone. I could not figure out how to remove and I went to t-mobile and was told I would need to have it reset. I called just answer and they were truly amazing. I chatted for a sec and then someone called. The person that helped me was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful no matter how frustrated I was getting with my phone.
I was scared and anxious about possible infection from a puncture wound above his eye. The closed ER is an hour away. Dr Emily described explicit what to watch for, what and how to treat the wound. It was calming to get that information. Today there's very pale blood when I flushed but I didn't panic knowing that's normal. I received more help than anticipated and am very grateful for it.
Although the information she gave me about my issue was not encouraging, she was the best source of information that I found on my problem. She was polite, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. I've had a good experience with the service and recommend before running to a emergency vet consult that would end up being very expensive and would have done any differently in my situation.
He correctly diagnosed my problem. I had not thought to disconnect the router too, and when I did, my phone and computer 'found' the printer. It just needed to totally reboot. I would never have thought to disconnect both the printer AND the router, too.
The vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable, empathic, and put my mind at ease when I was stressing about my pup's health. They also gave great suggestions and a plan for moving forward. Now the interface was a whole other can of worms. It constantly interrupted me while I was trying to type, suggesting questions that I can easily think of myself, and asking to rate my experience when I was still in the midst of my experience. I had to exit windows and reload over and over again to try to get rid of all the things interrupting my experience with the vet. I can say it is in the top five most annoying tech experiences I have ever had. A platform should never obscure the typing bubble, leaving me stuck and not able to properly communicate with the person I am paying to speak with.

The online vet gave me more understandable answers and explanation than my local vet did. I would highly recommend using this if you need a question answered about your pets without an expensive office visit
I wrote my phone number 7 times before a callback. I was unable to physically continue using my phone and going over and over things. I went to settings at least 5 times before I gave up and hung up.;
