This was a very Inadequate. Solution to my Problem all I wanted was to cancel something that had took £41 out my account now you took another £40 am not in a Position to loss so much money for Product I don't need or even use am a p Pensioner so am disgusted in how this has gone

Parenting/Property Legal

I needed some advice on separating, property and custody. The advice I was given gave me hope and direction for the first time in months!
I acted quickly (as directed) and now have a plan and a definitive timeline instead of (purposely) being kept in the dark and feeling distraught, disrespected and not knowing what to do next. Win or lose I now feel like I'm doing something for myself and for my baby daughter instead of waiting for the next soul destroying blow. I have always doubted using sites like this - but this one is pure genius! No bull, no massive retainer and genuine experts in their field. I spent so much time online on government websites getting nothing but passed down the line or told 'that sounds terrible for you, would you like some mental health counselling'. How did I survive before finding these guys!

My dog ate grapes!
January 26, 2025

At roughly 7pm my dog ate 4 or less grapes. We were all in a panic and couldn't get a vet on the line to help. I found justanswer online and thought why not. Dr. Scott was so helpful and gave us peace of mind.
Dr. Scott followed up when I had additional questions after the call AND checked back in to make sure our baby was OK.

FB scam perfectly assisted

I was scammed on fb after responding to a post about free Maltese puppies. $200 later I was bilked out of s deposit on the so-called free puppy. I consider myself pretty astute and never thought I could do ind myself in this position. The experts laid out how these particular scammers operate and it helped me not to feel so gullible because the insert was spot on with how the scam played out. Very appreciative of their guidance in how to pursue legal action as I this didn't happen to someone else. Great job,,!

Kept me from freezing

Thermostat had went bad. Thanks to the tech I spoke with, I learned the troubleshooting steps needed to determine this as well as fixed my issue. Thankfully I didn't have to wake up to a 30 degree house the next morning.

Roy exactly understood my situation provided me with the rough cost should be for my rotator arm what the labor cost approximately would be and gave me tips on how to approach the service manager and use keywords so then I would be able to obtain the necessary information I was requesting. I was able to take everything Roy gave to me on the phone call and had a successful discussion with the service manager and was satisfied with the outcome.

I tried to sign up Fox Nation and the online signup just wouldn't work. The chat box then popped up and indicated that it would be $1.00 to connect to them. I asked the Teck that came on if this was a pay for service situation and he said he had no idea that I would have to call customer service. This number WAS Fox customer service and evidently it automatically kicks over to them. Well long story short I signed up for Fox for a year app: $ 35 and now discover their customer service charged me $56.00 to help me sign up. What a scam, you cannot get Fox to answer the customer service phone number, it automatically kicks over to these guys!

Doctor Mike is a God send!

I was watching dogs for a week and the very end of the week a dog are curious one got into the new joint supplements for the other dog ate 120 tablets owner was worried so I jumped online and found this website and it was well worth it. I chatted online gave an up an upfront fee and within minutes I had Dr. Mike calling me after I was chatting with a representative and he coincidentally enough was from the same state. I was then we chatted about local areas, and he put my mind at ease about the dogs. I will definitely come back to the site if there's any worries about my dogs or dogs I'm watching thank you again, Dr. Mike!

I had a very nice experience with the appraiser. The sign in process, now that was a bit different. The payment screen said it would be $5 but I got charged $30, unless I missed something. It took a bit to get more than one photo loaded. I'd still come back. 😊

Sick Dog

My sons dog was very sick, throwing up and is still a puppy. She was a rescue from the pound and had her shots but was throwing up bile so i found JustAnswer on line. The Vet was very thorough and knowledgeable. She put a lot of my fears at ease. Mazzy is doing better because of her recommendations!

The communication system for a prison changed to CorrLinks, and I tried to set up an account for several days. I was totally frustrated! I ran across JustAnswer on a frantic search. I have over 10 Antique Japanese Woodblkck prints...all but 1 from the 1800s. I learned the name of the artists, Titles, and many of the exact dates. I also learned the Fair Market Value. This helped me make a decision...I'm keeping all of them...

My Honking Shih Tzu

There was a bit of a wait but I'm ascribing that to the time of day I decided to make my inquiry. Overall, Dr. Sandra, understood my pup's issue and let me know that he was doing well but if his respiratory issues did not improve at the end of the following week to see a vet. Right now, my current treatment is good and I can continue to care for him as I have been doing.

Rear view camera connector

Deceptive practices
April 3, 2025

I was told that I would be charged $5. This is in the midst of an emergency. There was no mention of the charge for a membership for another $35. They refused to refund the membership, so I paid $40 for a 5 minute chat for someone to tell me to call my local vet.
