I already wrote a letter to you before I saw this request. To keep it simple he was a very rude persoon when I would ask him to please repeat his answer. He was getting roud with his responses and finly hung up on me I hope that this conversation was recorded and that some one listens to it and let me know if I was out of place with my discussion.

Direct deposit
April 8, 2025

I was supposed to get a call back from an expert to help me change my direct deposit to my new bank. I have changed banks so I needed setup a direct deposit to my new checking account. But I never got a call from the person that was supposed to help me.

I was concerned about applying for disability benefits for my autistic son. I already have a special needs lawyer but hadn't heard anything from her in a while. I use Hallmark app to create sympathy, birthdates cards and after working on a card which takes much time when I go to print my hallmark card it disappears! I tried 3 times and ea time it crashed! For some unknown. Reason I managed to print it out! Like this technician had a magic touch! I thank you with all my heart!'

Wrong Information

I asked about a number I was to be given when I filled out a disability tax credit form. I was told I ned the number to give to the doctor. The CPA said I don't need a number to give to the doctor. I called the CRA and told them my problem and they said I do need a number to give to my doctor. They provided what I needed, were very nice and helpful and explained everything to me. So best to go to the source to get the right informtion.

No one can cancel a subscription which says can be canceled at any time. I do not want this subscription I have never watched it. To me this is false advertising and charging money that is not in the advertisemnt Thiis is a Hulu account to which I have paid a bunch of money. I am very upset now and will let everyone know about this experience.

My baby Chihuahua ate my medical this sit advice.

My puppy ate my medication. I contacted this site for help. We got our answer clearly and proceeded as directed. He answered all our questions. My dog survived and is full of joy about all the attention. I have already shared this site information with several pet owners and I know where to go in the future. Yes it cost me a fee. $5.00! That I could do.

What a great service
January 10, 2025

I had some questions on my 6 year old Golden Retriever. He recently had his birthday and I have noticed his coat is really dry and lack lustre. He does shed but not as much any longer and seems his coat is thinner than it has been. I recently changed what he eats to a homemade after researching. The vet suggested adding 1,000 to 1,200 U of fish oil to his diet. He told me if I don't see a change in 2 weeks to take him in to my vet for blood work. I really appreciated having this service right at my finger tips! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. I didn't have to wait long and it was only a $5 charge. (They said it was refundable?)

My problem was my TV low and the sound on its own. The technician I think his name is Mitchell.
He was very patient and very very helpful. Information he sent me was very helpful and it worked so I thank him for his patient and his and his help. He is very knowledgeable in his field thanks Mitchell. I haven't had any issue with my TV since. But if I do, I will be given just answer and Mitchell a call. Thanks you guys.

Quick, efficient
March 26, 2025

Pertinent questions were asked and directions on how to treat my dog from poisoning after eating my son's gummies given in explicit order. The Dr. was available to me all night in case I had a question or her condition worsened. Thankfully she is improving and we are continuing to follow the advice given.

Trouble after menopause

I have been having trouble with my post menopausal symptoms. It has been stressful not knowing what to do, after talking with the Dr I've decided to make an appointment with my GP and order a sonogram. This will give me important answers I need to go forward with a good diagnosis. Thank you, I feel better now. Not so stressed.
