I put that I needed help with my refrigerator I've maker not working and the chat agent ask a few questions and got right to the point in getting me a licensed technician. He called me quickly and told me what to do. I'm waiting an hour to see if I've drops. The technician said to come back to the chat tomorrow if it is not working.

Chris broker went above and beyond in every aspect, extremely professional, nice and knowledgeable showed me exactly what these error codes meant and where to replace O2 sensors with schematics and diagrams. Chris is an exceptional person and mechanic I would recommend him to anyone and everyone thank you very much Chris. My car now passed inspection.

I have a futura setting machine, went to load up software to my laptop, found out that there's no update for windows 11, singer has discontinued that model. Tw h was very quick and helpful in explaining the issue. Very polite and made sure I clearly understood what the problem is.
