My problem was my TV low and the sound on its own. The technician I think his name is Mitchell.
He was very patient and very very helpful. Information he sent me was very helpful and it worked so I thank him for his patient and his and his help. Pertinent questions were asked and directions on how to treat my dog from poisoning after eating my son's gummies given in explicit order. Need help and I didn't get the help I needed, the tech hung up in face I called back phone was answered but no one said anything for at least 3-4 minutes. Didn't get a service ID number or password as promised in a email. Tiered of trying to get help so please refund my $46.00 (forty six dollars)

The company tells you they'll get a lawyer on the phone and you just pay $5.00. I looked at my bank account and they charged $56.00 and put me on a membership all without my permission! Horrible experience.

I couldn't get in touch with my local doctors, and I was really feeling bad and couldn't afford to go to the emergency room. I used just answer to see if I could get some answers to some of my questions that I was concerned about. They were prompt, courteous, and the Doctor Who helped me was absolutely phenomenal, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and caring! I will use just answer again and again through the years. Can't say enough, good things about it.
He was patient and kind fix our problem. The only problem is I didn't plan on spending $52 for his work. I thought it was five dollars and then they had me sign up for a monthly premium of $52 a month! I wasn't up for that I canceled it but they probably still charged me the $52.!

JustAnswer saved me from blowing a fuse. I ordered a fireplace online and within 30 minutes found information that had me canceling the item. I was told I was two late it had been shipped. I found this a little hard to believe but when I went to the site and their chat area, I was directed to JustAnswer. Keep getting billed for a minimum of seven months. CALLED and called with a repeated response that my account was closed but I had to pay that month (another $47). There is ZERO proof provided so EVERY month the same scam continues. In the process of working with the California DOJ AG's office to get their backing to find out just how many hundreds or thousands they continue to scam. Probably will sue them as that the only things crooks understand

The concerns that I had regarding my dog incident were met with quick succinct responses that did not add to the fear that I was already feeling. The vets answers were easy to understand and very respectful.
I was told no charge for services and got a notice of 73.33$ to be charged to my credit card.
This has been blocked and advised my credit card company and i received your phone number and talked to someone and they asked all kinds of questions and i beleive im a victim of fraud and my financial institution and i meet tommorow to calling authorties on malware or fraud. The number i was given to take away this charge is 1 800 401 371 and spent 2 hours with this person to remove hacking that transpired and police may be called.
