I'm caring for a loved one going through emotional challenges that caused medical complications. Most providers just see one or the other and want to treat only half the person. Dr. Shrink provided all encompassing information. I feel they did so in a very life- saving, dignity preserving way!
I was able to ask & had received some great advice to what is the next step in this neighbor war,, as we both have a surveyed the land an have 2 different lines. A very pleasant gentleman with 51 years responded to my call at almost 9pm on Saturday night. He diagnosed the issue. That information was essential in the technician who came to correct the problem. Due to the info Tim gave me, the technician found and replaced the faulty wire within 20 minutes. A/C working properly ever since. Thank you, Tim.
