I was told no charge for services and got a notice of 73.33$ to be charged to my credit card.
This has been blocked and advised my credit card company and i received your phone number and talked to someone and they asked all kinds of questions and i beleive im a victim of fraud and my financial institution and i meet tommorow to calling authorties on malware or fraud. The number i was given to take away this charge is 1 800 401 371 and spent 2 hours with this person to remove hacking that transpired and police may be called.
When I signed up for your service it said it was $1 fee I checked my bank statement and it's almost $53 you charged me I want my money returned immediately I did not sign up for that I thought it was $1 that's what it said! That was terrible I can't believe you guys did that it said $1 fee to join your service which is b******* I want my money back immediately
I was getting an alarm code on my thermostat, the tech I worked with walked me thru all the steps needed to pin point the issue, he was patient and answered my questions in detail, ultimately I will need to have service man come to replace some parts, but at least I know what parts are needed ahead of the appointment
I shifter linkage bushing broke. I explained the problem to my mechanic and he immediately knew the problem and told me what it was then he assured me that it was a simple fix and it wasn't expensive. He even set me links to the videos to watch. I highly recommend him.

Our pet hamster had an abscess on his front paw/leg. I was unable to get him seen by a vet on Sunday. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Vet called me and gave me advice on what to do at home until I can get him seen by our local vet.
My 8 month old puppy pulled super hard on his leash and coughed and dry heaved the rest of the day. The next day he woke up and had green mucus coming out of his nose. When he sneezed it went everywhere. I spoke with the vet about what was happening and he reassured me it wasn't a leash injury but a cold. My question was about the amp for an alternator. Would the amperage for a rebuilt alternator, if greater than the original alternator affect the size or how it fits in my truck. The answer was you can go up in amps but not down. This was when I realized I had the wrong alternator!
If I could give a zero I would. All I wantef was a label and they want a photo first. I am 80 yrs old and not tech savy. I would not buy again. I was charged 59.00 for a membership I didn"t want. They sent the wrong size and I am having the headache
