Do not waste your money with this company they cannot answer any legal questions or give you legal advice. They can only give you websites to where you can find legal advice so if you already know websites, I'm sure that everybody does do not waste your money or time with this company. They fought me to the nail to get a refund only minutes after I had paid because they couldn't answer legal questions.

12v btry dead. Couldn't get cover off door lock. Possibly frozen fast. Was told "push up then 'out'". (Also shot 'de-icer' in opeening.) This worked! Opened dead door, followed '12v battery reset' instructions and started car. Yay.

If my favorite specialist or expert is not online at the time, I'd rather not be transferred to another specialist. That didn't happen to me today, my favorite expert was there and I was able to chat with them but it's happened to me in the past where I request somebody in my favorites and I get somebody totally different because my expert wasn't around.

Lost video/audio output to my Epson projector. Called Justanswer and got to talk to Mark. After explaining my problem Mark told me that my projector was only 1080p capable and that my ROKU streaming device was bouncing between 1080p and 4K causing my Yamaha unit to get confused between signals thus loising output signal. At Marks advice I manually set the ROKU to 1080p from 1080p automatic. Did a hard reset on the Yamaha by turning it off then pushing in the on off button and holding for 5 seconds. The Yamaha came back on at 5 seconds went through its reboot process and my projector had video and audio again. Everything has been working fine.

I was looking for a particular legal form, so my inquiry was a simple answer. The attorney retrieved it and included a sample completed form. I was working at home, hours away from the county I needed it for. She saved me tons of time when the form links I got from the county court house didn't include the form I needed. Read the fine print completely on your way in, however. I skimmed, and saw "2 free questions," but was immediately charged $60 for the service, and kicked up a fraud alert and temporary stop on my card. It was completely worth it for my time, however.

I accidentally deleted my email which went straight to trash. I wasn't paying attention and I deleted my trash bin also. I needed many of them and was looking for someone knowledgeable to help me. I went to Just Answer and got the perfect answers to my questions. I now have all of my important emails restored, as well as some junk. But it's great!
