With one call, you can relax and see how everything works. Was advised with all the suggestions and by the next day, everything was gone. If you take into account how late in the night I called, then one would say that within 24 hours, there was no stress or worries.

The person at JustAnswer sent asked a couple of questions, sent a URL, and left.
The URL did not seem to answer my questions. He was already gone, so I attempted to send him another message. He tried to reply with another URL or something, but nothing he had me try worked, and soon, Microsoft told me that I had made too many attempts and I should try again tomorrow.

I was willing to pay the $5 fee for help getting a lost government ID. Then it becomes a $45 additional charge for the answer and a monthly subscription, When I requested a refund the associate got angry and told me that he answered my question. Fortunately my credit card company didn't agree with him either.
The quality of the answer was weak at best. It didn't work but fortunately Google had free advise that worked without any of the aggrevasion associated with justAnswer. It should be called justscam.

I thought I heard that the cost would be $5 and then when the payment was required it was $45. I may have misheard the price and the $40 difference was not so great so I went ahead. Other than that awkward moment I am very satisfied.
It was some back and forth but ultimately I had a correct complete understanding. My tax expert was very gracious about all my seemingly never ending questions.
We had trouble connecting our phone call because I had unknown numbers silenced, but he was patient and helped me through it\. Answered my question, and now I have access to the app
I deleted my LinkedIn account twice or so I thought but I kept receiving notifications. I found out my account was still active on my Google account. I asked for assistance and Anil Soriya, software technician, understood and knew just what to do to solve my problem. Thank you!

I thought I was dealing with Verizon, so I clicked yes to a call back so I could be transferred to Verizon agent to request to reactivate my service, BUT, that did NOT happen. And was without phone service overnight! I had to drive 30 miles to Verizon and speak to a live agent to request to get reconnected wit my phone service. If I signed up for anything, it was done by accicdent and misunderstand the Expert was, because I thought the expert was agent with Verizon. Please cancel anything I might have signed up for! Patty

Contacted eBay but got connected with Just Answer. Was getting info for a veterinarian. Would have had to pay monthly fee of around $50 per month for a continued membership. Canceled membership immediately.

Dr. answered some questions, gave some suggestions, the best that they can do without actually seeing the pet. And I went and purchased a couple of things that were recommended that I didn't readily have on hand.
I gave Dr Hasan a 5 star review but it marked 3 starts. He has been very helpful. He is so kind and compassionate. He hasn't acted frustrated with my many questions while I've been in a spiral.
Even if English is not my usual language, the expert was patient and helpful. His calm guidance helped me solve my problem.
My 5 month old staffy mix puppy had 1.5 grapes and we panicked. Being a Sunday, most vets including our usual, were closed. So I jumped online to get advice and we were connected with Dr Simran within minutes. She was quick to ask relevant questions, provide advice and confirm that no additional actions were required. And our puppy appears healthy and happy, thankfully. We were charged AUD $2 for initial fees and they automatically registered us for a monthly fee of AUD $44, which can be cancelled straight after. So expect to be charged around that fee mark, but I'm completely ok with that range compared to emergency consults that can come up to AUD 200-300 at the very least.
I purchased an item from Simply Good Stuff and I was sent an email which said their item is not available so I hit the link to cancel my order but was directed to Just Answer where I was charged $47 unauthorized to just get me a customer service phone number where I could cancel the order on the phone. My credit card company said Just Answer was a fraudulent website. Now I'm out $47

I provided extensive labor and equipment operations for a guy in a time crunch and without the ability to do the work himself. Once the work was performed he is refusing to pay me. I have since learned that this is how he conducts himself and his business. We had a "gentleman's agreement". Now I'm filing a labor lien on his property. The attorney I spoke with was excellent.
Does a very good job they listen well, better than me the customer. I'm not techy at all and he did get me through my peacock streaming service not working through Roku.
Great service, no vets were open on weekend and needed help. The information help get her to stop shaking her head constantly. The ear does not look as bad in 24 hours..
Shaun had me fixed it over phone. He new exactly what to do in control panel features make login possible. Not sure I could have done it without phone call service.
