The chatbot answered fast, and despite being AI generated, I felt reassured. The friendly technician called me back within minutes. He knew exactly what to do. Problem solved, and he helped me deal with another thing on the same appliance. It feels great to know I can get help taking care of stuff myself, almost immediately! I would have had to wait until morning, get a service appointment and have to wait during that 4-6 hour window of time to get this taken care of.

Because I work in animal rescue, I sometimes get calls from pet parents asking for help with a sick or injured pet.
