I've been using Windows 10, but I upgraded to Windows 11. Many of my word documents became unavailable. Sam walked me through the problems and it appears that he completely solved all the issues. He was very helpful.
Map light bulbs were replaced a few years ago with LED type. JustAnswer mechanic took me right to the problem fix by checking voltages with a meter. I'm so happy problem is resolved with new bulbs. The bulb problem was intermittent on/off of bulb lighting. Thanks so much JustAnswer
The expert assigned wouldn't let me talk. He was mean and rude for literally no reason. He then told me he had a full overview of my situation without letting me finish my story. I have videos i took and everything. He did not give any advice at all and refused to hang up so i could be assigned someone else and also would not let me talk to anyone else. If i could give this no stars i would. Terrible.
Technician referred to model number of appliance and we together - by his instruction solved problem. It was operator error.

I wanted help to pair a "Clicker" brand external keypad with my Genie garage door opener. First they sent me the instructions to pair with my push-button openers, which I had already done. Next they gave me generic instructions, which did not include the pairing code to the model of the garage door even though I gave it to them. Then they came back asking what keypad I had, when I had already given it to them. Lastly, due to my dissatisfaction, I asked for a refund of the $5 charge, not knowing that somehow I had missed that they would also charge me $28 for some "membership" fee. I got disconnected from them and they made no attempt to reconnect. Thank goodness I used a credit card so I can dispute the charges per my card agreement.

I did that but nothing, he said to hold the button on top of the control lock and that worked like a dream, I just wish there was some way I could tip this guy, I have company and my day was going down hill really fast until he helped me. **********. Our dog was coughing and we had no idea why. After a few hours I reached out to Just Answer. I explained our problem and in a timely manner I was given a suggestion on what to give our dog and within an hour or so he finally stopped coughing and was able to settle down and get to sleep. I was so upset not knowing what to do to help our dog and the assistant was very calming while we waited for the veterinarian to give me a suggestion on how to treat Cody. I am extremely grateful.
