Had a landline phone that had two Handpieces, would ring but could not hear the caller. The technician gave over 12 different options to find an answer. Final check was to use a second phone which I didn't have available. Tested with another phone and found that my phone needs replacing.

I had a condition I was concerned about and decided to do some research. I went to WebMD to see if I could find information given my symptoms. So I typed in my symptoms and I got a link to the JustAnswer's web site. I figured I would give it a try. I have had Ulcerative Colitis for 25 years so I've had a lot of experience with doctors and hospitals, but also I studied some Chinese Medicine and other alternative holistic practices. Anyway I felt this situation needed a medical diagnosis but it's often hard to make appointments with my doctor and honestly sometimes people may want a little privacy. All my doctors are all on the same medical program and everything gets shared so I don't always necessarily want that either. I did not realize Just Answers had people available. I'm still not sure if this was all Ai generated. I'm a computer consultant and I'm good at recognizing computer generated response, I don't mind it if I get the right answer. And actually I was very satisfied with the answer so I am grateful for being about to find the answer without have the time and expense of making an appointment with my Primary. Thank You!

I had cleaned the filter of the dishwasher when I came to visit.the dishwasher would not drain.after I got done the dishwasher would not come on at all. Today I can write happily as our red slider is doing well and recovering. Yesterday my adult son who had found Terry, ( yes I know, not very original) trapped inside and under his basking rock. He was lifeless, we thought dead. We freed him but left him underwater until I looked up for advice, I saw some saying put him on his basking rock. We immediately did that and shortly after could see a flex of some kind and looked for more answers. Someone had said gently pump his front hands, when we did we saw slight movement of his limp head and neck. Then someone came on a chat while I was looking and asked what was happening and that we could connect to a vet. We continued and shortly after was connected to Dr Culpepper. She gave us instructions and a list of things to look for. I am thrilled to say by the evening his head had retracted back and was no longer limp he was holding his head up. A few hours into the night he had control of his legs and was standing on them. During the night my son woke and saw him in the water and panicked and put him back on basking rock which he stayed until he didn't. In the morning he had swam a little and was resting in the water leaning against the rock with his head up. Breathing well and no sounds or bubbles coming from his nose and also he did not swim sideways. The basking had revitalized him back. He is slowly recovering and we thank the support we got from the veterinarian. Thank you Dr culpepper!
I would give a top review except was told I would be charged $5, fully refundable, but when I signed up it changed $33. Just confusing but. I am thankful my issue with AC unnecessarily is resolved.

I was charged over night 80 dollars…I ended my subscription early on (did not like the taste and it made me hurt more than I did before trying it…I called and the first person was going to REFUND the 80 dollars…but they charged me 60 dollars more. The second man went in and made the request to REFUND all 140 dollars…he was nice and professional…I am writing this before I can see the REFUND! Thank You!
The IT specialist tried very hard, but unfortunately there is no way to fix the situation other than deleting the account. I am also bothered by the credit card charge of 1.00 EUR.

After several supposed attempts to call me (my phone never rang), the techincian told me to pull the engine codes. THAT is not helpful! No questions from the tech to further understand the issue, just a generic, pull the codes. NOT helpful!
UPDATE, after I wrote the above, he CALLED me and we discussed the issue. It seems the website made me think he was finished when he was not. Website is not good, mechanics seem good.
I inadvertently signed up for a membership while just wanting to ask a question regarding ssa1099. I did not notice the "fine print" indicating that I was joining a membership for $55. Spoke with 3 different people through "chat" 2 of whom agreed to rebate my fee once I realized what happened. No rebate ever occurred. I emailed the company explaining my issue and was told that they were a company that wanted to provide "exceptional" service and customer experience yet refused to rebate my money. I find nothing exceptional about paying $60 for nothing, I never did speak with anyone regarding my question.
BEWARE OF SMALL PRINT. EVIDENTLY THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY!
