I had reached the end of the rope and didn't know what to do next. This was my first experience using a service like this and because of his professionalism, and guidance, I will not hesitate to use Just Answers again. Given the time and effort I had invested in my vehicle, the cost of having him advise me on the next steps is and was invaluable. I originally used justanswer.com three years ago for medical advice. It had gone very well back then as well. I didn't know that they had technical technician support also. I find that I am unable to justify the monthly subscription due to the fact that I am pretty savvy doing my own search online. However, in this case by accident I used your service and I would use it again now that I know you have more than just Doctors help and advise. But only if you had one time help fees available instead of monthly subscription fees.

Thanks for just answer, I did not know why my car was not starting, while everything thing else was, I text just answer and they got me to a Macanic who knew what my problem was, and help me right away. Best money well spent, and I did not have to pay a garage to tow and for switch out a battery.
My little Doxie was sick and I was doing all the things I should to get her well but was concerned about the blood. The vet explained what was going on in her body and it will take a while for her body to clear itself.
I called because one day after flying into Mexico I became ill. After six days of just getting worse, I called. Just ask to see if I needed to go to the hospital. I have a very compromised respiratory system. The doctor online gave me all the information I needed and listed the information I needed to tell the people at the hospital. He in fact suggested I get myself to emergency quickly. I was admitted and I am still here, but I might've been dead if I hadn't of called.
When trying to figure out if I need to take my dog to the ER in the middle of the night, I decided to try an online consult. The vet put my mind at ease and probably saved me $1000. My dog woke up feeling fine this morning and we are bringing her to her regular vet just in case.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the waiting said it was for another Vet and not Dr. Jen. Dr. Jen was very helpful and I appreciate her kindness and response. I should have taken Myah today to the vet but Dr. Jen thought it would be okay to wait till Monday. Myah threw up a bit after the Vet closed. I'm looking for a private Veterinary Clinic instead of the one she has been going to has been sold to a corporation.

This was my first experience with Just Answer. I am a senior who is very wary of internet scams, so when Pearl mentioned the $2 fee but not the $53 membership fee that was automatically deducted from my account, I immediately thought "fraud" (my apologies to Pearl). However, Just Answer retuned the $53 and kept my $2 fee and, to my surprise, answered my question (I have yet to implement it, so will see if it works). I did not stay by my computer so, unfortunately, did not answer the follow-up question from the technician. I did an internet search on the site and found a good review of how it works and how to use it more effectively. I would use it again.
I regretfully consented to a one time $5.00 charge to speak with a "lawyer" and you immediately charged an additional $60 for a monthly membership which I did not sign up for nor was I given a prompt to OPT OUT. I have reported you to American Express and you are being investigated. In addition, your lawyer Juris GURU (Ha! Good name) gave me totally incorrect information as I have reported to the necessary agencies.

What started off as a R15 enquiry turned out to a R761 joining fee to an organization in another country to assist me with my motor and car which was unintentional.
My joining fee was refunded and everything turned out satisfactorily.
