I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!
Absolute scam artists. Quote that it will be a $2 refundable amount then charged AU $68. I didn't avail of any services. They then lock the chat so you can't communicate with them at all. Terms and conditions not accessible which is in breach of legislative requirements.

My Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue pup ate raisins. Dr. Black gave me clear, concise treatment options, walked me through inducing vomiting with precise instructions, and stayed available until the crisis had passed. So impressed with the speed with which I received help as well as the professionalism and caring shown to me and my dog. I was able to treat her in my own home and save a very expensive trip to the emergency vet on a weekend.

Dr Paul Brazzell called me back immediately and answered my many questions with patience and considerable knowledge. He gave me very useful advice which will help me get the proper diagnosis for my dog, who has had 2 seizures in 6 weeks. I am a new JustAnswer user. Over the past few weeks I've found it to be very useful and worthy of a positive review. There was a bit of a learning curve, as the interface is not quite as intuitive as it could be. I was very satisfied with what the doctor told me bout my dog she would whine and carry her toys around and she would actually try like she was nursing her toys band the doctor was very professional tell me what was going on. A false pregnancy. This was actually not the first time she did this but it made me have concerns. But I was very assured that it was a phase that some female dogs go through. She is getting better without as every day passes. Thank you so much for the info
I seen it online and what I read made me believe just answers was a caring start.
Frank was very diligent and helpful, he followed up with me though it was into the wee hours of the night, 2:39 a.m. his time and gave me good answers.
My last experience on a problem and the other expert Tyrone has the same work ethics and also taking time and patience to explain the problems and situations for me. I m very impressed and thankful for their services.

You should know that it's not $1 to join. Read the small print. They charge you monthly after you pay the $1 fully refundable. The first page is very clear its ONLY $1 to join. Its the second page that gets you. Then because they called, they don't refund saying they performed a service. I had 4 issues of which they could not resolve even one. So that's the 'Service" I received. When I called customer service, she said she would not refund, and then asked if I wanted to take a survey after, I said yes. She hung up.
Tip for consumers:
Its a scam, beware. I don't believe their 4 stars. No way others were helped so much when out of 4 issues, not one was resolved.

My query regarded possible sale of a property (unit) jointed only by HOA members: the legal means involved. I was referred to the Davis Stirling act (which governs such matters) and given some specific answers by two attorneys. I did not want to join a committee of two who will be researching this matter with our own attorney (or referral), but wanted a concrete answer "in my own court" when the matter comes up for discussion and an eventual vote.
I searched online and chose what seemed to be a good source of legal advice at a reasonable cost (for me). I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping, but am glad to know of this resource.
I needed background on choosing a hot water heater system in a uniques situation, and the expert talked me though all the scenarios to help me make an important and costly decision. He did this with informed, professional and unbiased knowledge about what my options were and what might work best, offering his own personal experience and recommendations upon my asking. This was after he had educated to me to a fairly sophisticated level on all the factors. I greatly appreciated it and will definitely use them again. So impressed.
I was prompted to by a particular brand I was investigating.
My dog was exhibiting all the signs of being in pain, but eating and using the bathroom normally. I was seriously considering taking him to emergency vet on weekend after hours.

My 2.5 year old 14 lb daushund yorkie mix was suddenly acting like she was in severe pain but had no obvious injuries. The vet was very reassuring and helped rule out an urgent need for attention. Week end and nearest help an hour away. Still trying to pin point whether it's allergies or maybe ear infection but she's been doing much better
No immediate availability of vet care. New breed for me so still trying to learn small dog behaviors! Never had a high maintenance pup like her!
The Dr. was very helpful and informative. My pup has had an itch problem due to flea allergies. His ears have now started itching too. I thought it was mites but I now know that it is very rare for dogs to have mites. It is a yeast infection that was probably induced by his allergies. He sent all the information to me for things to get to help get my dog some relief. I'm very thankful and would recommend this site.

I think an app needs to put some effort to be able to provide its service... especially for the people who needs immediate answer, if not then why would we need to be here from the beginning... It's just showing us that its a scam. I mean I can't even reach out to the person who is "expert" and I expected to be paying for this... I don't wanna mention that we can't even measure the "experts" background... disappointed...I wanna refund.

Had to change Bank Details (following a hack of our Account) for approx. 20 Direct Debits. Managed all other than one that I simply could not get into their site. JustAnswer came to my rescue and sorted it out (albeit that it took some time). Very grateful for their help.

Tried other avenues, so why not try one more!
I was inquiring on, actually, advice on how to be able to clip my super spicy cats nails. She's a tortie! Medications that might be used to calm her down. We discussed a few things to try, along with going over the things I have tried. Dr Yerke was extremely knowledgeable and understood my frustration. And she also "got" my sense of humor regarding the situation. She all reassured me that I wasn't doing anything wrong and in fact, I was doing things right.
I wanted a quick answer without having to "drag" my cat to the vet. I'd have to wait a few days for an appointment as she wasn't sick. Maybe, I just needed reassurance that I was doing things right. I don't know.
In the past, my experiences with ss have been difficult and stressful due to lack of people working there. I could never get through on the phone, resulting in standing in many lines. Once I did connect with a real person, everyone was wonderful, patient and helpful. This particular issue could be avoided by adding the option, in the letter, that there is no need to contact ss if I had no changes. The gentleman who helped me today was great. I just don't want to be charged for having to ask a simple question

I thought it would be easier than going through my past experience of spending days trying to reach someone by phone.
I called about my printer's fuzzy output. When I asked for a phone call I got no response but discovered afterwards that somehow my WIFI blocked incoming calls and didn't even have them on the phone log. There was voice mail but my phone never rang. Still I was able to get advice through texting and the printer works fine. My phone has a problem now so I'll be taking it into Verizon to find out why there's no access to the 4g network.
To me it looked easier then contacting Canon and trying to register a product I've had for four years.
It's a great comfort to know this inexpensive service is available to pet owners after hours!
