Your AI assistant is useless. The next person with whom I spoke tried to be helpful but referred me to someone else she felt could assist me more. She asked if I wanted to get a telephone call of use the computer. I asked for a telephone call, and it never came. As time was of the essence, I moved on to another source which was able to help. I found later that an attempt was to contact me via the computer.
Your page said it would cost $5 to speak with a representative and it is refundable. Well, I had no idea I would be charged $52.00. Plus your site was not working which is where your handbook is located on the web. So I thought I was talking to someone who works for GE. At no time was it stated that it would cost $52 and that he could not fix it. So now I have to get someone to come to my house who is going to charge me to fix it. In fact, he is coming tomorrow. What a rip off by GE. Next time I will just call my appliance store and save money.

Very misleading. Chatbot indicated $5 charge on card and it was $50. Assistant regurgitated IRS regs which is why someone would want to ask a question as the regs are difficult to understand. Not helpful at all.

Advisor texting me with step by step instructions to see if power was getting to the heater. While doing that, I found two breaks in the wire. Bought some in line lever wire connectors and taped it all up. Closed all panels and boxes, case closed. Powered up and heated my jacuzzi.
This man deserves a raise. He definitely went over and above any obligations to his job to help me and did not complain or act, agitated or anything. I thank God that I got him and was sent to him because of the kindness and secure me that everything will be OK. Give him a raise.
My Cub Cadet LT46 was starting but not cranking after a year of just sitting. I had already put in a brand new battery the day I reached out to JustAnswer. I also know nothing about small engine mechanics lol. Eric quickly diagnosed what he believed to be wrong…stale fuel due to me not putting in a fuel stabilizer before letting it sit for so long. He gave me a couple of options for self-repair and when I stated I didn't know where the parts were that he described, he had me send pics of the engine then sent them back with circles showing where the engine parts are. I did everything he told me…siphoned out the old fuel, replaced the air filter, sprayed starter fluid in the carburetor, fresh fuel in. It started and cranked perfectly! Saved me money by not sending it to a mechanic and saved time by me not searching YouTube for a video that breaks everything down!

I purchased a new laptop and screen. I needed a docking station for 3 screens and purchased one from the same company.
I tried for many hours over several days to make the system work.
I explained my problem to Richard who suggested I connect the new screen to the computer directly and not through the docking station.
All good. The answer was not sufficient power.
I returned the first unit and purchased a new one.
Connected it, turned it on and it worked perfectly immediately
My issue was extremely complicated and extremely complex. I usually have a hard time explaining with so many details. Jerimy did not miss a step. He knew exactly what I was trying to say sometimes even before I said it.
I was very anxious about a couple of medical conditions whilst working abroad and couldn't get easily to a GP. The just answer doctor was very kind, helpful, comprehensive in answers and reassuring which helped a great deal
