Windshield is a great dark tint. Fit the bike well.
Very easy to install. Works great with my short legs. I only wish the part had a larger weight limit (only 250lbs limit)
I ordered a set of Kuryakyn Peg extenders.
The price was good and delivery on time.
However, the product package had been opened and the packet of never-seize missing. That was no problem as I have never-seize so I installed one side.
When I went to install the other side I found that the peg pivot bolt was stripped.
I didn't want to have to uninstall the first side so I just cleaned up the threads and finished the installation

When I ordered the exhaust website, said three available and will ship 3 to 5 days. Called six days later still had it shipped. Called over two weeks and still haven't shipped. So I canceled the order. Went to Dennis kirk. Got it $12 cheaper and within three days.

The seat I ordered arrived and looks great! The problem is that after installing and testing it out I found that it positioned me more forward than the stock seat. When I inquired about working out some kind of solution to the problem with a company representative I was told that because I had installed and ridden the bike that the seat was considered "used" and as per their policy it could not be returned. I told him that I understand the policy and was asking if we could work something out to our satisfaction. The answer was sorry no. My question is how am I supposed to know if a seat is going to work for me or not without trying it? I'm now stuck with a seat I can't use.

Really. Paid for 2 day shipping and item arrived on time. Pull the first mirror out and mounted on bike, grab the 2nd one and the bolt was missing were it was open and removed. Why would they shipped this open item out. Returning and done with them.

My husband ordered a shift extender to replace the one on my "new to me" bike so I could actually reach to shift. Ordered in plenty of time to receive before a bike event we were planning to attend. Received the package on a Friday (Memorial weekend), a week before the event. Unfortunately, only the packaging was in the box, missing the part! Hubby got right on the phone to them. Was asked for pictures of everything received, which he sent. He was told that they had to do an "investigation", which would take 24-48 hours, then the part would be sent out. Hubby called following Thursday (2 days before the planned event) to find out if the part had shipped yet. Nope. I got on the phone and after going around a bit in circles with the guy I asked to speak with a supervisor. I think he said his name was Quan. Quan was extremely apologetic, stated to me that while they have specific procedures in place to handle issues similar to ours, in our particular circumstance we never should have been made to wait till the investigation was completed, the part should have been sent immediately. I asked for and was granted overnight shipping on their dime. Quan warned that because of the late hour, it was possible that the carrier had already picked up for the day and they don't do weekend delivery, so it may be we still wouldn't get the part until Monday, but he was willing to try. Not only that, he issued a refund for the part. So in the end, we got the part free and free next day air shipping. He tried. Unfortunately it did turn out to be too late, and we finally received the part today (Monday). I see a lot of these negative reviews where people aren't going past the person who answered the phone. If you have an issue, don't take "no" for an answer. If your issue can't be resolved by the person who answers the phone, ask for a supervisor, be polite, explain your issue and how it affects you. Chances are you will be well taken care of like I was. My husband and I have both shopped Jp Cycles for years. This is the FIRST time there was a real issue. Once I ordered a helmet that was defective, but that return was seamless.
I have ordered from J p cycles for a long time and had a good experience with them but the last few times I have it's been very Horrible.i will be using someone else from now on I have been waiting 3 weeks for parts that they said I would get in 2 days sad
Carefully before ordering. You will not get 2 day shipping. Most likely week. Then they blame it on everyone else. Rookie parts people. Secretaries at best. Best ordering from e bay or Amazon. At least you will get it on time. Then J P. Will tell there is nothing they can do.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
