Takes 18 days for a part to arrive, come on, it's 2023. All parts from V-twin take forever. Also, your online parts search is the worst I have used. Even if you enter the part # it can't find what you want.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like some of the items on your order showed a lead time prior to shipping. Clutch hub shows 3-5 business days lead time. Lead times are there to advise our customers that it will take longer for the item to ship as we have to get it from our vendor. Although I've hard great experiences with J&P as well, I needed bearings in time and ordered 2 day shipping only to have them arrive a week after I ordered them.

Purchased multiple items. Each one packaged and delivered separately. While the first one was delivered in a few days, I still have not received the last one. J&P Package Tracking number was not working and when I emailed asking if they can tell me when the package was coming as I could not use the tracking system on their website, the response basically told me to use the tracking number. Ugh! From now on, I'll only use J&P if I cannot get my parts elsewhere.

Website shows no back order on parts that are not really on hand. Many days later an email notice of cancellation shows up with a credit for 10 bucks... This has happened to me twice in my last few orders. I am really hesitant to return to J&P Cycles for my parts needs when their competitors are able to deliver hassle free.

It said on your website the part was available and when it hadn't arrived after 14 days I called and was told that they were waiting on the vendor for the parts it shouldn't list as available if you don't have the parts I was waiting on them and I could have gotten them somewhere else I missed a bike show I paid to be at. I was told that it would ship in 4 to 6 days when I ordered it that would have given me plenty of time to get it done and I still have not received the part

Had to reach out twice by phone (no response to either) and 5 different times by email on a warranty issue with a helmet; the last of which was finally responded to. From that point on their communication and customer care was unimpeachable.

Was installing new bar and replacement cables for bars, unfortunately when tech found dealership had done a poor job of doing the last bar upgrade years ago. Charged for a wire extension, but they had just soldered in short pieces of wires. Totally useless. Had to get replacement set of wires and switches. But look good. Also, installed a new set of Control Covers I had gotten from JPCycles in past. So bike is back on road. New Twin Power Clutch I had also gotten from JPCyles. Thanks.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
