Most site state "same day shipping", but I don't think anyone does. As for this one, it took 4 DAYS until I got an email stating my stuff was "cruising" my way. But I got my order, and it was the correct one.
As for the product itself, I haven't installed yet. 1 of the reviews stated that the image didn't match the actual part and number.
Customer service is always good, helpful with information, they will answer your questions and do the research while on the phone with you. Will order again from here.

The part of the lever is a little bit smaller that goes around the shift sprocket then the oem part but should not cause any problems in usage.
Besides what's mentioned above, the part looks great and should work well.

Looks good, easy install. Why do they supply cheap looking bolts and not chrome hardware? Really takes away for the overall look. Had to go to ACE and get proper hardware.

I am putting it on my 2006 Harley, in remembering of my Dad. And on top of the light well be a chrome hog,. I bought a black pair of Bilt Dexter 2 shoes Sku# *******. They come with black & white flat laces and look great. They cover my ankles, could be worn on or off the bike no problem and fit my need perfectly. Some have said they put an arch support in them and I see that. Pretty much anyone who has ever worn a pair of Vans or Converse past the age of 18, knows an air pillow or arch support is a nice thing to add to your favorite pair of shoes. These are normally $79.99 but were on sale for $44.99 so I totaled out for $48.25 shipped for free? C'mon you can't beat that π. I bought these strictly to show boat when in town or local get togethers when riding my '18 Wicked Red Roadglide Special like I saw other guys when I was younger. Anything longer and the 10" Caroliner work boots go on. I agree a nice pillow in-sole or maybe an arch support might make them and every day wear, if I didn't commute 80 miles a day on the bike. I want to keep the white soles bright, and dealership life in parts, means walking in the shop to see techs, so forget about it! Not sure if the toes will stand up to the shifter peg knob, but mine is rubber, so we'll see. A pair of shoes with two different colored laces, and a Reinforced toe for under $50, delivered to my door in 4-days? Yeah, I'll take that all day long!
Purchased a gift card (for a 2nd time) as a birthday gift and for whatever reason the automated delivery did not work (2nd time with this same email address) so I contacted customer support and had it emailed to my address and then forwarded it to my brother-in-law. Not sure why that needed to happen; but the customer service rep helped me quickly and easily do the "work around" and get the gift to my intended recipient.

I received Product. Opened box, and found both end pieces for lower part of windshield had been broken. I need to send item back. Having a little difficulty doing that.working on it now.

I was shopping the internet for Harley parts. While on J&P Cycles, I was prompted to receive a 10% discount if I started an account. I started an account and placed an order over $100.00. The discount was never applied. Using the online chat to see what happened, I was told that the discount couldn't be used for Drag Specialties items. I couldn't find anywhere that says that when I placed order. The items received were poorly packaged and of low quality, in my opinion. Returning was easily arranged and I was charged $10.00 for using the shipping label they provided. Disappointing says it best.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
