I would have given this company a 5 star rating but due to a bad online buying experience I give it 4 stars. I was shorted some parts on an order I placed online. It took a while before it was acknowledged that 2 of the parts were not sent out originally and then later mailed out to me to complete the order.
This is a great little kids bike. Put my 3 year old on it in beginner mode cracked the throttle and he was instantly burning laps. Zero maintenance, saves adjusting carb and setting throttle adjustments on the PW. Friends are already asking where I got it
