Thought I had found what I needed for my bike, so I ordered it. Item was received without all necessary hardware. Before I went out to buy the necessary hardware myself, I attempted to set the item on the bike to figure out exactly what I needed and found they hardware they did include didn't fit. I called back and spoke to someone in parts who said that although the part was listed as fitting "V-twins", what it should have said was "V-twin Harleys" - brackets did not fit around the handlebars on my Indian, so back it went. Disappointing and kind of aggravating, but Gen and Kimberly in customer service did an excellent job trying to help me.

The service was fine. Easy to find product and make purchase on-line. I was a little underwhelmed with the mirrors I purchased, specifically the glass surface itself. When I look in these mirrors, the view is quite distorted. But on the other hand, they were not high priced. I will use them for now, but expect to replace in the future.

J&P is average at best the company doesn't offer a catalog, they source their parts from other vendors which in turn takes several days to ship. As a matter of fact I get half my parts off of eBay most times for less money and way faster shipping.
I ordered the wrong puller first time and returned it then received the correct one but it wasnt right either so I drilled it out and now it works perfect.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
