The store in Pigeon Forge was fantastic! The Assistant Manager gave us extremely great and personal service. Wife wanted a RED helmet which had to be ordered from the warehouse. It too 1-1/2 weeks to get the helmet delivered to our home and we thought that was a little long. After all we only lived about 1-1/2 hours from your store. But we are very happy with the service we received in the store and my wife is very happy with her new helmet. Thank you.

The folks at J&P almost always have what I need in stock. I received my tire as promised. Haven't mounted it yet, but hope to have you a review of the Metzeler Cruisetec soon.
Direct fitment parts were ordered. Direct fitment parts is what i received. I installed the parts. They were the correct parts and everything was smooth as silk.
The heads on bolts are cut so shallow the allen wrench slipped and stripped with light pressure. Just installed so haven't ran yet.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
