And it solved the problem

Everything looke good when recieved. Upon instalation the top and bottom holes were off an inch and I tried to die grind to make it work and it didn't.

The fork bolts arrived quickly and looked pretty nice, however the threads were cut wrong and did not want to screw into the forks. These are the top of the triple tree chrome bolts.
I called and explained what was going on to the customer service agent. He sent me a return label and authorization, which really surprised me. I figured I'd have to pay the ride back. Therefore this turned out to be a positive experience and kudos to JP Cycles fork excellent customer service!

Took forever to get the smallest part of my order. Love Jp but disappointed so I went and bought the parts/bolts at a local hardware store… I will return for more shopping but when you ship parts from Las Vegas and not Taylor Michigan which a hour away I'm highly disappointed!

Everything came in great condition and was on time. They are cute with their little saying about the package coming to you but your always informed and they do what they say.

Solid product. The stock air shocks on my 2012 RGC were... Weak. Im a tall guy. I ride with my wife. Went an inch up and now a STABLE and comfy ride. Problem solved!

I received my Arlen Ness Chrome hot legs and the legs themselves were the correct fit for my bike but the hardware that came with it was not. The bolts were way too long and look to have been for an older model. Unfortunately my mechanic had to buy additional hardware to make it work.
