Ordered a simple pulley cover. It took 27 days to arrive. I called after the first 8 days and was told there had been a glitch in the system and the part had to be reordered. I was not notified. Then it took 8 more days for the next order when it came it was the wrong part. Then it had to be reordered and of course took 8 more days. What should have happened was after the first screw up a manager should have overnighted the part to me. Every other company I deal with does this. Poor service.

Charged 8 bucks for shipping and still haven't gotten what I ordered. Won't get it until after the 4th, but tracking said estimated delivery date was Thursday August 31st by 7 PM.

They're products are very good quality. If you have a problem with installation or setup, the customer service department will help you out, and if they can't, they will direct you to where you can get the help you are looking for. Always a good experience when I purchase from J&P.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
