I Found what I was looking for and was able to order it easily.
The mounting holes for the stater do not align.The front mounting tab is too large and does not fit over the frame. The recess for the trans shaft bearing is way too tight.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
