I ordered passenger foot pegs and mounts for my 2020 Harley-Davidson Softail Slim. The foot pegs were incompatible with the mounts so I returned them for a refund. The refund has already happened.

Was not happy when my bars came and it wasn't just oil but caked on nastiness. Also rust inside the bars. Wasn't satisfied as my buddy got the same bars and came real clean with no gunk or rust. And was told " sorry, just clean them, sorry for the inconvenience ".

Items worked great. I placed 2 orders on a Friday same day one in the morning & another in the afternoon. The morning item I paid $35 extra for next day air. The afternoon item I paid regular shipping $7. The $7 dollar afternoon Item was delivered Tuesday 4 pm. The $35 dollar item was delivered Tuesday night 7:30 pm. Point being next day air is not worth the money. I will say J&P was good about it when I called they refunded all my shipping cost.
The person that I talked to was very knowledgeable. I didn't think they had the front tire I needed. She said we do! She took my order and fixed the order I had not completed. The tires came in time for my son's birthday. When shopping for our next motorcycle parts, I will go to J&P cycles. They are very reasonable, knowledgeable, efficient and have outstanding customer service.

Ordered primary cover gaskets for my shovelhead 4 speed and got the wrong gaskets. Not even close to what I need. I'll be sending them back and hopefully get the right ones. Getting that time of year.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
