As always excellent service, I must however confess slower than usual, for items that were in stock and shipping within 24 hours was declared, it still took almost two weeks before they were shipped, on that score a little disappointing
I'm definitely hooked. You know have a lifetime customer. They offer quality parts reasonable prices. I really liked they had everything i wanted at 1 time and literally I received the seat within 2 days
Ordered my parts and everything fit perfectly. The options of being able to choose my vehicle and knowing that it actually fits in such a relief. Nothing worse than ordering something and then happening to return it because it did not fit. I think all motorcycle parts should be done this way. Great job!
It was a great experience, unfortunately J&P no longer ships to my country. I have been a very old customer and shipped a lot of items directly. I wish you bring back direct shipping internationally, that's what made J&P special. Thank you.
Parts selected were both at this store rather than one part from one vendor and another part from a different vendor, convenient. Mail delivery was slow, three days later than original estimate. I had two other parts orders for automotive use which arrived actually early so I wonder about a glitch in the USPS distribution system

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. This store being in pigeon forge, Tennessee central to the US. I was hoping would give me a better chance to get a new clutch kit and pressure plate for my 2005 Victory Kingpin, Great Shape, original owner. They were able to find 1 in the warehouse for my bike did an upgrade Barnett Kit, and ship it to the house. Will be installed this week, hopefully it will be a perfect fit. Thanks!

Your services was impeccable. What ruined everything was the customs fees. I'm not sure i'll be ordering again for the next 4 years. When i got home, the part cost me double in canadian money. It would have cost me less at Harley Davidson
Order process was smooth. Ordered parts, said it would be here on a certain day. That day came and went and everyday for 3 days the tracker said should arrive "today". 5 days later the customer service agent I spoke with was excellent and shipped me the part overnight at no additional charge. Really appreciated that.
I'm fairly pleased with my purchase/s. I say fairly because one item didn't quite fit like I thought it should. Also it could be because something is not a factory accessory that involved the said item purchased. Not at all J and P fault or doing.
Product arrived in great shape although mounting brackets were not the same color. One was powder coated black and the other was bare metal. I had to paint to match. Not j&p s fault, sure it was packaged from factory that way.
As usual you guys dud a fantastic job with my order. Went into your Daytona beach store wanting to purchase a item. Your store didn't have it. But a friendly sales person rang it up and place the order. I wanted to give the item to my son for his birthday. I had the clerk mail it to him in Maine instead of my house here in port orange florida. As a matter of fact he received it on his birthday. Thank you. Bought this tires to match the rear one I bought from the dealership. Prices were the best compared to the rest of the places. Shipping was quick, only thing I didn't appreciate was it was shipped just as a tire, no box no nothing, and I don't live in a great section of town on top of working an hour away from home anyone could've walked up and taken that tire. Other than that tire is great and so was the experience.
Products are always as advertised. Not happy about tracking updates. Changed tracking delivery date 3 different times. Had the bike on the lift torn down for 5 days waiting for the tire. Tracking said it was to arrive the next day.

Found the products I was looking for at a good price.
Tires were delivered 2 days later than expected, but great customer service to call and explain why. We will not use the tires right away so can't really say how the product performs, but they are what we expected.
Bought dad's old heritage. Bone stock. After putting on some long shots, she really needed some love on the intake end. I ran the CV for a while, but finally have in and went with a Mikuni. Now I wish I would have just ordered it when I got my pipes. Nice upgrade. Runs out real smooth now. As always, J&P is on it. Price is good. Ships next day. Will be using them when I throw on some nice bars next.

Bought my uncles sum parts to get his Harley running to finally go on a run with me an the guys. Would have worked out perfect except for the parts being delayed. Not J&Ps fault. But didn't get to go on our run. Either way I'd always recommend J&P. Great selection of parts.( Do wish there was more different brands to choose from). An helpful online staff..

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
