I bought a seat back for my new Honda Goldwing. Unfortunately, there was a small tear in the material so I needed to return the item. Fortunately, there was no problem with the return and J&P gave me credit and then gave me an additional credit to use on my next purchase as a goodwill gesture.
In stock item after searching for a year. Excellent fit and direct replacement for OEM '94 XLH883HUG. I wish there were more pictures of the back part of the item but it was factory new item and it was exactly what I wanted. Fast shipping, good price! All competitors were $100 more. Also, this does not come with the trip meter reset knob so keep that and the little screw from your old one, and no wiring diagrams or instructions; however, the wiring harness was spot on and everything was great.

Overall was a great experience, there was one minor issue after my order was placed but not a huge problem which I figured out. I have ordered from J&P Cycles in the past which was the site I ordered my Streetglide windshield from. After placing my order, I received confirmation via Email my order was received and I'd be updated through processing and when it ships (as with most online companies). I never received any other updates or confirmation that it shipped, and about 4 or 5 days later I received the windshield but it came from the Revzilla Company. No big deal with that, I did a little research and learned J&P was bought by Revzilla at some point and my order was correct just the same. I will say though it is a plus to receive updates on the order so there's a good estimate on the parts arrival date.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
