I'm so inspired by your wonderful creative mix of elegance in furniture and ornamentation that, if you were hiring right now, I'd love to go to work for you. (However, I'm not a fashion designer for furnishings and home environments.) I really and truly feel that you are absolutely wonderful in the way you mix and match materials and furnishings to provide inspiration for types of tones, e.g. tropical, bungalow, citified, cute, romantic,. I just can't begin to describe how grateful I am to get your emails, namely because of some problems I've had in trying to acquire just an end table, and a plant coffee type table. Finally I found something at Sears, only to be sorely disappointed. I saw a set similar to the end table I'm finally purchasing through Joss and Main. The Sears store manager told me they had no sets for my request in stock, although they had it on display. How do you like that? Well, you know? I've been waiting for an entire year to finally access an end table, at least. And the piece I just purchased from you is just the thing for my bungalow living room. (Please don't laugh :o) . If this goes through, at least it will be something. And for this, I thank you ever so very much!

There are lots to choose from in lots of rooms. Unless you have a really good memory, make notes so you can return to the right room
So I'm not sure why I'm being asked to review it. Until I get the item it's hard to understand a $125 delivery charge
I have been using this site 'Joss & Main' for about 6 months now & have to say it is one of the easiest & well stocked sites for items I have been looking for. If you watch their sales & get free shipping there are some great deals at very good merchandise & not cheap items... If you are not happy with something they are very willing to work with you on return or store credit.
So, their products look great - and if you don't shop around online, the prices look good too. First - google anything on their site and you're likely to find it cheaper elsewhere. Second - even if the price is lowest, they may tack on a hefty shipping fee (Over $100 for a $200 item) Third - if you try to communicate with their customer service (at least if you have a problem or complaint) - you'll never hear back from them and finally - when you try to retrieve your order and click on the product you purchased, it takes you to a page of similar items - and good luck finding what you ordered. I buy a TON of products online... and this is one of the worst managed and non-functional websites out there. STAY AWAY. There's a lot better out there if you're looking for good quality at a decent price online! (and BTW, I never write reviews - that's how bad I think this site is!)
I have searched endlessly for this chair. The site was easy to navigate. As usual, I needed to reset my password, which was also easy.
Going through their website I find items that fit my décor but I am not ready to buy at that moment. When I am ready to buy it isn't there anymore.
Their products are wonderful and I could redecorate my entire home with them. Today I am so happy, I found something and I had the money available to buy it!
I have the privilege to have two lovely granddaughters In the same house. I bought them both the most beautiful dresses on your site. They were for church and you can bet no one else has the same dresses. They now ask for birthday presents from Joss and main.
I ordered a vase and was charged early February due to arrive on or before 11 March. On 23 March I contacted J&M for an update and was told they would check and get back to me in 2 days but I never heard back from them. I've now written to cancel the order and ask for a full refund - wonder how long that will take. In the meantime they have had my money for 7 weeks. SO glad it was only a vase and not a big item like furniture. I won't be using them again. UPDATE They will only let me cancel the order if it hasn't yet been despatched (more than 2 weeks after date it was promised to arrive) and if I return it then they insist I pay the return cost.
I AM ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED, terrible services on the phone, your site actually LIED when it said the item ships to Canada. And on top of all when you say you will "refund" my creditcard YOU CANNOT EVEN REFUND THE PROPER AMOUNT. I feel like i just got scammed by some shady company... but hey after 2 days of dealing with this and still no resolution thanks for the offer of a 15% discount which adds up to nothing... so much for likely hood to reccomend

I just visited this site and while the product design is gorgeous, the materials used and the price tags worthy of the phrase "Buyer beware". They had a 9 cube shelving unit listed for just under $90. This item was made of engineered wood (aka MDF) and particle board and something that big box retailers routinely have in stock for less than half that price. They had two Adirondack chairs and a table which was made from "polywood" for $849, To be fair, the also had a single Adirondack chair made from cedar for $122 and the matching table was about $32. Rugs made from Art silk - seriously - artificial silk. If you are looking for inspiration then this is a great place to find it, but I suggest you shop around an purchase elsewhere.

Ordered two (set of 3 and individual item) pieces at attractive price. Pieces not usually found in "local" stores or other online sites. As previously, could count on Joss & Main to fill a gap/space in my home with something a bit different.
Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

Answer: Hello - I always wash any fabric product before using - but I use my "gentle" cycle and only cold water without any soap. This always works for me and keeps the fabric in good shape without any chemical products still there.
Answer: I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
