I got my order in 5 business days so that was great, I live in Canada. Overall the quality wasn't great but for the price I paid I can't really complain. Almost all of the items fit me except one. The one dress I was most excited for was the vogue pattern dress with sleeves. I ordered it in a XXL because I do have large hips and thighs. The dress is way too tight even though I measured myself and compared that to the measurements the site gave. If you are plus size or have larger hips and bottom, I would recommend not buying anything that isn't at least a xxxl, especially in the items that aren't made of stretchy material. I ordered 4 dresses and all of them are pretty short and I'm only 5'4, so beware of that too before buying.
I was hesitant to deal with Jollychic after reading few negative comments by American buyers, but decided to give it a shot. Their products turned out to be exactly as I saw in the pictures and their service was excellent. They sent my order via express mail and processing, preparation, and shipment took exactly as they estimated. Unlike another famous Chinese online website, you don't have to deal with many sellers individually at Jollychic. They are honest and trustworthy. I will definitely buy from them in near future. I know that the sizes in China are smaller, so I ordered larger sizes than the American size system and I got what I wanted. I am really pleased with their products and service. As for refund, I got a refund for an out-of-stock item and I chose the refund to be credited to my store account, not the bank account and actually they did the credit. As for returns, I am glad that I didn't have to do that because all items I received were fine so far.
I ordered 3 tops from this company and they came very quickly. However the size was so small that I would have to order 3 or 4 sizes up from my normal size. The return policy is a nightmare and i couldn't get anyone to help. I would never order from this company again.

It has been almost exactly a month since i placed a order from this so called website & have received nothing. Money was taken, but no package delivered. They apologize, call me "dear" & "hun" & offered my $5 towards "compensation". They also stated the reason why it takes so long is because of their "shopping" season in china. This website completely mis informs customers. I do NOT recommend it to anyone. I doubt i will even receive an order. They tell us it is IN the US, yet when calling the postal service, there is NO location of a package what so ever. Be careful while being on this website, it is a major fraud i believe.

I ordered two items and both are good quality material and workmanship. I am a hobby seamstress and was more than surprised, given all the negative comments, to find the items well constructed and the material of good quality. I read the comments after making my purchase, so I was hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst. The best case scenario, I thought, I would use the items as patterns for making it myself, as I liked the styles. I am pleased. I purchased the items larger than my size, but would recommend that if you are an EX LG, don't purchase, they run small!
I have to say that although the clothing runs small as long as you stick to your measurements the clothing is amazing. It's made wonderfully stands up to the washing standards. But the most amazing thing that will keep me a fan and buyer is their customer service is probably the best I've run across in the online shopping world. It stands up to the big name department stores and is better than the ones here in the states. I recommend this site but the one thing you must do is to take your measurements with a tape and shop that instead of the xs to xxxl sizing. I can't wait for New Years Eve to wear the sequined jumper I purchased.

So far I have been very happy with the products I have received, not happy with the return policy, but I find the clothing well made with lining in the insides of most dresess, and jackets. This website is a total scam, the pictures of items shown in the website do not reflect the product, the measurements they have are wrong, but even though they give the measurements on the website the measurements are never right, and I do measure myself before buying.
I decided to write this review because after a third attempt every items I order had the wrong measurements, before my previous two orders had only one or two items wrong, but this last one had all of them wrong non of the fit, or are way too short.
Now I asked for a refund, they want me to take pictures of items, measure each item and sent it back and maybe I will get a refund, but I have to pay for shipping to China!
DO NOT order from here, only one or two items will be right and will look okay, the rest either wrong measurements, wrong color or really badly constructed. NOT WORTH IT!

Jollychic sells knock-offs. I ordered two items from this site and one had a Zara label on it, which I was able to find the original item on the official Zara website. The "zara" product was nicely made and you get what you pay for - the quality is worth the cheap pricing. The second item (a two piece outfit) was nice too, no complaints about this outfit.
I don't have any complaints about the items but be careful when selecting the size. I went by the size chart and the two items fit me perfectly. I wish I had ordered a size bigger so it would fit more loosely. Otherwise i think the items look really nice. Just don't expect any high-quality/end product and you'll be satisfied.
The items also shipped pretty quickly but the odd thing is, I was never notified when my order shipped so I was surprised to get the package in the mail. I received my order within a week from the order date.
My order came quick, it's the quality of the clothes and the sizing that are horrible… Trying to return and not getting any help… Have to pay international charges which is crazy… I will NEVER buy again… Don't waste your time or money….

It is pretty obvious that the 5 star ratings about the clothes looking just like they were pictured and arriving so quickly are FAKE REVIEWS. They even sound suspiciously fake, right? I ordered a sweater over a month ago and have still not received it. Can't speak for the quality yet, because, yeah I think I might never see my order. Definitely DO NOT recommend this website.
