The quality is the worst I have ever seen and nothing like their pictures online. The pictures of the dresses looked like a good quality and I thought I would take a chance on this company. I had no idea it was shipping from China until after I purchased the items but boy did I learn my lesson. Oh and you can't return it without paying international shipping charges that were almost 2 times what I spent on it not making it worth your time and effort. This company is a joke and a fraud. I see all of these wonderful reviews which is why I decided to order from Jollychic. I have used many online clothing websites and have never in my life had such horrible service. My dress was over a week and a half late and when I tried to speak with someone I was only allowed to do so through live chat. The agent then informs me that it is still on time and that it is sitting in NY and I have to understand the prep time is not included in the shipping time.(I needed this dress for a wedding and it was not here in time.) If I showed you my account it said the dress was "shipped" and I am pretty sure it sitting in NY is not part of the "prep" time. Once it leaves their ware house and says shipped I am pretty sure that is considered shipping time. What do I know though. Finally the dress arrived and it was too big. I saw the return policy and had a few questions so decided to live chat again. The agent questioned why I was trying to return it and then typed "lol, maybe it loose fit". She then told me I was better off giving it to someone and I could get a credit from them. I did not want to give it to someone, I just wanted to return my dress. After about 5 minutes of her doing everything but helping me with returning my item, I told her I was reporting them. The agent decided it was best I send an email.

Once they have your money you are out of luck. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES. Oh and the clothes are made by the tiny hand of child labor and they are worse than K mart quality! STAY AWAY

My order came super quickly. It was shipped the day after I placed the order and I had it a few days later! So that was good. The clothes looked pretty much like the pics but very faded! As for size well 2 out 3 fit me. I ordered a jacket that was a "small" but fit like a large. It was huge! Complete waste of $$$$$... Everything looked very cheap! I didnt bother returning bcuz of the shipping costs so I lost $80...
Here's the deal - I bought about 12 dresses from this site and 5 of them are, no joke, now my absolute favorite 5 dresses. Like, I get compliments EVERY TIME I wear them. They look EXACTLY like the photos on the site. BUT... the other 6 items either did not fit (one was extremely small and I could neither step into it nor dislocate my shoulders to pull it over my head) or I did not like them, and I need to return them. Their service has been great - they're very polite and sound like they want to help, even if it can take a day or two for them to respond (I think they just don't have 24 hour service, so you might have to wait til it's tomorrow in China). But I will need to pay return shipping on all the items I'm not keeping, and you guys, that's going to be between $160 and $240 from here back to China.
Moral of the story - there are some real gems on here for real cheap, but choose wisely and be prepared to re-sell anything you don't want on ebay or at Buffalo Exchange (or eat the cost of return shipping). This is not a site where you'll want to experiment with something that looks cool but you're not sure about, or hard-to-fit things like pants. But I don't regret getting those incredible 5 dresses I am keeping and I'll probably keep trolling the site for new dresses (with my caveat emptor glasses on).
Misleading description of sizes on their website. I've received faulty items and they are charging me delivery costs for returning them. Absolute rip off. Poor quality. It took them quite a few days even to reply to my complaint. Don't waste your time and money!

I have made several purchases with Jollychic, and I have had great experiences every time! The items that come are exactly like the pictures and they have become part of my everyday accessories. I highly recommend Jollychic to anyone looking for amazing jewelry/accessories/clothes! The wait time is long but only because it is coming all the way from China. I had no problems with them and plan to buy in the near future!
Please do not bother with this site, it has no return policy no refund and all sizes are for little china dolls, there measurements are out if you go by the Large... it aint no Large... I measured my self to there large and had heaps of room according to the cm... no so when I got my outfit... also it was only $38.50 Australian but took out a $60 and no refund... Joke
