Ck out the positive reviews for this business. They are the exact same review, posted multiple times by fake buyers. These Chinese warehouses are advertised on Facebook regularly. I have contacted Facebook about these scam companies. The products advertised are of the worst quality imaginable; that's if you actually receive the product. There are multiple advertisers, but my suspicion is that JollyChic, SammyDress and the rest are the same scammers selling the same defective merchandise.
The quality of this merchandise is terrible. Jackets hang funny, one arm longer than the other. The dresses are low quality, they do not fit well, or hang well. The dresses are not as pictured. None of the clothes are as pictured. I did order a larger size than normal and this fit is not as much a problem as the quality. I can only imagine how bad they would look one time thru the laundry. They will not send a return label to mail back yet almost every reputable company will. The cost to send the clothes back is almost as much as I paid for them. Not worth the effort or time. Ladies, alert your credit card company, dispute the charge, lets get their attention.

Jolly chic is awesome, First order I paid by credit card it came and all things were perfect. Second order I decided to do COD, I received my order, perfect goods. I love it.
I ordered 2 coats for which I only received one but both were charged on my CCN. I was told to order 2 sizes bigger when I checked the measurements they provided. When I received the one coat it was nice but I could not fit my arms into the sleeves(My arm width is very small). I requested a refund by email only to receive an email that they would refund the second coat which I did not receive and they put the credit on an account. Nothing about the coat I did receive. So, I emailed them again only to be told I have to return the coat to China. That is ridiculously expensive. They offered my a $10 USD credit when they receive the return but that is only approx. $6 CAD. It cost more to return the coat then the coat was worth. Their English on the email was very very hard to understand and should not be in the front line customer service. I am still fighting with them on getting a full refund and the credit put on my CCN and not the account.
Jollychic.com has enticing ads on Face Book. I cannot imagine how many ppl have been burned. First of all, the prices are outstanding so I understand why they must be doing an initial brisk business. The photography is terrific. Shows gorgeous looking clothing, coats, dresses, all categories of ready-to-wear. Ppl, a camel colored double-breasted coat with adorable looking details for $12.00 sounds to good to be true, because it is! I didn't expect much for that price but figured, hey, for $12.00 I could walk my dog in it. Mind you, the photos made it look like a Brooks Brothers cashmere coat so I bit the bait. Ordered a sz. Lg. Because I suspected it would come from Taiwan or China & their sizing is appropriate for petite Asian ladies. It took so long to het here I had long since completely forgotten about it. It came squished into an envelope 2 mos. Later. I'm telling you, I've seen doll clothes made better. It was SO tiny it might be only slightly too big on an American Girl doll. It smelled like bug spray & had brass colored plastic buttons hanging by threads. The sleeves were long enough to fit an orangutang, the waist for a Barbie doll and my God... the smell. Thought the thing was dipped in toxins so I threw it out. Prices that sound too good to be true... are too good to be true. Don't get enticed by the terrific photography & outrageously unbelievable prices, this company probably has children sewing these doll clothes.
